We stopped by for a Monday lunch and had the place to ourselves, which was a great decision! The service was excellent—quick and attentive—and the overall vibe and decor are really cool.
We tried several dishes, and most were hits:
Burning Train (Chicken Tangdi) & Paneer Pataka Tikka: Both were very good, and the presentation was a standout.
Aamchi Street Pav Bhaji: Absolutely loved this.
Dubai Chocolate Cake: The multiple layers were fantastic.
Drinks: The Masala Thumsup was so good we had to order a second round, and the Mango Lassi was perfectly thick.
Others: The Paani Puri Shots were a fun treat, and the Schezwan Noodles were nice and spicy (though they definitely deserve a more creative name like the rest of the menu!).
The only minor note was that my wife found the Chicken Kolhapuri Kebab a bit salty, though it tasted fine to me. Parking was a breeze, which is always a plus. We’ll definitely be back, likely sticking to weekdays to enjoy that same quiet, relaxed atmosphere

This place is visually stunning and incredibly fun—the Bollywood artwork and memes create a great vibe! The presentation is top-notch, and every dish is served with real style. While we’ve enjoyed our visits and the food is good, we’ve found it lacks some of the punchy flavors we’ve experienced at other local spots or in Surrey, specially at the price point and lack of quality of some appetizers. That said, it’s a fantastic place to unwind with friends and family thanks to the excellent service and atmosphere.

Shout to Nikki, who made our much awaited visit to this place happy one and definitely will visit again.
1. Atmosphere is pretty good. Gives good vibes and the postures displayed reminds you of few movies and actors of Indian cinema
2. Food tasted really really good. It is aromatic and tasty. Spice levels are well maintained. You can get that customized to the level of your spice tolerance.
Soychaap was very nicely cooked and tasted as anticipated.
Pav bhajji reminded us India.
Egg fried rice- we ordered for kid with a mild spice level and enjoyed it lott
Rumali roti, naan and curry – I would rate them excellent. Rumali roti was nicely done and the naan was perfect
3. Service – staff were friendly and all ears. They are watching over to ensure all are in place and are responsive and accommodating. They do greet well
Overall, our first experience was very good and happy to be there

I had an amazing dining experience at Fusion India in Washington! What really sets this place apart is its unique approach to Indian cuisine, every dish feels like a creative twist on the classics. The flavors were outstanding, from the bold spices in the curries to the vibrant street food-inspired starters. I loved the way each dish was presented; the plating was truly top notch and made every course look as delightful as it tasted.
Prices here are quite reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, definitely a good value for what you get. The staff (Armaan) provided awesome customer service, patiently explained the menu, and offered spot-on recommendations. They made us feel welcomed and checked on us throughout the meal without being intrusive.
The ambiance makes things even better, with quirky decor, comfortable seating, and a lively but inviting atmosphere. Fusion India absolutely stands out for its blend of great taste, visually stunning food, reasonable pricing, and warm service.

Only enjoyed the vada pav. Pani puri was alright, not spicy enough. The sizzler mixed rice and noodles, didn’t like that, preferred that they keep that separated. The momos were frozen and ready made, not good at all, the sauce was good.

What an amazing restaurant. Unapologetically Bombay themed. Food presentation are great enough that people from other table came over to take a pic! Drinks are awesome and very creative. Menu design requires an applause because finally we have a restaurant that is not a literally not a copy cat of other hundreds. Decor is lively and very unusual among Indian restaurants which are usually just run off the mill. Vada paw reminded me of authenticity with actual street food vada paw. Masala paw was too spicy. Chai on cart was nice because of cutting cup but having more in kettle. Finally we have something to compete with over the top food scene is real Mumbai. This will be my go to place when I get too nostalgic about Bombay. Friday was busy, apparently needed reservations.

Fusion India never disappoints us with their incredible food variety and consistently high quality. The ambience is just as impressive—the Bollywood theme is such a mood lifter that truly transports you to the streets of India.
This time, my sister and I visited and experienced exceptional service. Prasad was extremely patient in explaining the menu, very attentive throughout our meal, and genuinely made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Prasad—keep up the fantastic work!
We highly recommend Fusion India to anyone looking for a truly fine dining Indian experience in the Greater Seattle area (located in Bothell)

We ordered Mumbai Vada Pav, Kulfi Falooda, Chote Miyan Panner Rolls, Chandu ki Chacha ki Chaat, Triple Fried Rice Panner, Pani Puri Shots, Aamchi Mumbai Pav Bhaji, Jackfruit Naan Turnover, Peshawari Panner, Garlic Naan, Rumali Roti and some drinks. The food presentation is so good. We went there with friends. Everyone enjoyed the food and vibe.
Some dishes, such as Chandu ki chacha ki chaat and Chote Miyan Panner Roll, lack the flavors and not price worthy.
I don’t get why Mumbai Vada Pav costs more than the fusion ones, even though the fusion ones have more ingredients than the original one

Decent ambience with Bollywood posters and unique service style that kids will enjoy. The fancy treys take log of space and can be really hard to serve at time. Food sounded very promising on the menu but is ok. Most Indian households can cook better at home. Some funny word play in the menu like ‘Tiger Jhinga hai’ types. Amritsari fried fish was good, kohlapuri chicken should never be ordered (basically very dry seekh kabab). Paneer starter was also super dry. Chur chur naan was the biggest disappointment, just plain naan (not fresh) with butter and then crumpled. Portion size of appetizers is really small so plan to order more. Falooda kulfi ice cream part was nice, falooda part is sevaiyaan not true falooda. Drinks looked interesting but did not try any.

From the beginning until the end my service was truly amazing. The worker in the entrance was very kind and quick with my seating. The 3 waiters that helped me were so kind. They helped me decide what to order due to my dairy restrictions. My main waiter allowed me to have time to browse the menu and even with my indecisiveness he helped reassure me that I could take my time and when I asked for help to find food recommendations that suit my dairy allergy he Showed me multiple videos of the foods, a bunch of food photos, and even explained to me the difference between the different dishes. He was so kind and really made my experience wonderful. The presentation of the food was beautiful and well made. Everything tasted great. I’m so thankful for my waiter (who I believe is named Prasad) everyone was so nice but my waiter was the true 5 star in this experience he went above and beyond to give me the best experience. Thank you for the great service!
