Experience would have been better if the manager who greeted me, would have asked me “table for how many” or “how can I help you” instead of assuming I was a delivery driver. Other than that ribs didn’t fall off bone and were a bit charred and dry on the ends.

Today’s experience was one of the best experience I’ve ever added at Applebee’s. Maria, who was our server was extremely professional friendly, and made sure that we felt welcomed. Vanessa, who was our host was very sweet and accommodating as well. Greg was not our waiter, but came by twice to check on us and even topped off our waters. The manager Elisio was extremely friendly professional and also took time to chat with us. The food was good and it was quick. There wasn’t a long wait and it was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend you visit this location, especially during the time between 3 and 5 PM. Perhaps the crowd was one of the reasons why it was such a good experience. It was not overcrowded and it was quite pleasant. Thanks again to this wonderful staff and we surely hope we can catch all of them again.

Had a great outing with my clients that have disability they had a special of a burger or chicken sandwich with a drink for $11 the waiter was super awesome and attentive I forgot her name but she was phenomenal . The guy that seat us was a bit grumpy but overall great time !

Laid back vibes not loud at all and I didn’t hear anyone’s conversation so it was a good experience .attentive waitress . The ribs were a little chewy a little to chard for my tasting but the flavor was good it just wasn’t falling of the bone but everything else was good . My brother rated the chicken parm a 7 . All and all . Good experience . And bathrooms were clean.

I went to Applebee’s yesterday and the service was terrible. First we waited 15 mins before anyone acknowledge. Then they finally find the waitress to take our order she said she didn’t know that this was her table. So if I didn’t speak up we would have been still waiting. Anyway we finally order our drinks never came the we asked for extra salsa on the side and nothing. I had to keep call different waitresses to get help. I was finally feed up and walked out. I will never be back their manager needs to talk to the staff because this is ridiculous. If I could it would be Zeros instead of a one.

Used to be a great place with a great menu. Sadly its lost its luster from scaled back food options, smaller portions, increased price points. Quality is much to be desired in terms of taste and presentation. Understaffed and had to constantly flag down staff, turns out we did not have a waitress assigned, mind you we were seated by the manager! Atmosphere might have been quieter but they had a group of drunk medical students at the bar getting all rowdy and cussing up a storm. This place has definitely gone down hill.

We haven’t visited here in several years and decided to check this location out for happy hour. Lively spot. We came here to watch the Dodger game. They have TVs all throughout the bar and restaurant area. We sat at the bar. It’s roomy. Service was fast. They have a wide variety of options for specialty drinks and food items. We will be visiting more often. This location is very convenient to home.
