This store has some amazing managers and execution teams. Every time I have placed large orders – they have executed them to a tee. I did not expect such above-n-beyond service from McDonald’s.
The last one was on December 3rd. I placed an order for 18 Happy Meals for a class birthday party. When I walked in at tbe scheduled pick up time, they had just finished packing the last meal. How they did that or was it just a coincidence- no clue but I walked out with some hot meals. Oh no sorry. I didn’t “walk-out”. The manager carried the boxes to my car! Her name was Yesenia.
I have done as high as 37 individually packed meals in the past – each labeled and with specific instructions- and they got it done right.
Way to go and thank you team Palm Valley!

I feel like rating a fast food place can be tricky—after all, it is fast food and expectations shouldn’t be too high. But this McDonald’s truly exceeded every expectation I had.
We stopped in for breakfast, and I accidentally placed a drive-thru order instead of a dine-in one. Usually, at other locations, I’m told nothing can be done. But not here. The employee at the front was incredibly kind and immediately said he would take care of it.
He personally brought all of our food to the table, asked if we needed anything else, and even brought extra butter when I asked. He was genuinely polite, attentive, and made the experience feel anything but “fast food.”
Five stars to this McDonald’s. They went above and beyond!

They were laughing wen I went tru the window today on Thursday 4 2025 at 10:15pm I asked for 1 s 1 m 1 L fries and literally got less on each one of them they also don’t respond at the drive tru and take 20 mins to do so I don’t like they service at alll.

There’s ALWAYS a problem here. Everything from ordering, receiving the correct food, enough food and actually all the way cooked food. On today’s episode of how can McDonald’s screw me: I ventured out to get a McCrispy. It looked really good on the menu, and I like chicken. What I got was a triangle patty of what I was told was chicken…. I wanted to talk to a manager about it, but I can’t. I can’t talk to anyone about it because nobody speaks English. And before you come for me, I’m not racist. Im Mexican too. I just think you should be able to communicate with your customers, all of them!

I’m giving a 5 star rating mainly for the excellent customer service I received from Milleena. I went in Saturday around 8pm. I could tell they were a little overwhelmed. The employee who took my order at the register looked like I was taking up her time and was bothered by my presence. I was missing s couple of items, and I saw Milleena walking in and out delivering orders, so I asked her for what I needed, and she just had this great, friendly, kind smile on her face and helped me out. Even when I saw her rushing in and out, she did it while keeping a smile on her face. She was extremely pleasant! Wish you the best Milleena. You’re great attitude was very refreshing!

Went through drive thru, ordered for the family. Somehow the one big breakfast turned into 2. And they didn’t bring them out when the food was ready. Had to go back inside and tell them to take the second one off the order and to give me the food I payed for. The guy taking our order in drive thru wasn’t hearing us at all and we were practically yelling the order. He kept asking us “what did you say after that?” I get that it’s loud inside a fast food restaurant but that’s why we get a little louder when we give orders in the drive thru. But this was terrible. None of the employees inside know any English. How are you gonna work in fast food and not know how to speak the most predominant language in the world. I’ve worked in fast food. It’s truly not that hard to make sure all the food goes out with the correct order. Wouldn’t happen if you understood English.

The manager with mole on her nose is rude. She treats her non Hispanic staff unfairly which is very few. My order took them 20 mins to get done and at that point cancel the entire order and refund me. The entire staff from management to crew members need full training and the those who do not speak English clearly needs to complete a class. No empathy, No accountability, No respect for customers time. Managers just throw all the blame on employees when they lack managing and running a large operation like McDonald’s.

My recent experience at this location left much to be desired. The Spicy Pepper Sauce-topped fried chicken sandwich on a toasted potato roll sounded promising, but unfortunately, it failed to deliver. The chicken was overcooked and lacked flavor, while the bun was soggy from an overwhelming amount of sauce. The presence of a hot pickle only added to the suspicion that the sandwich was hastily microwaved.
On a positive note, the cashier was the highlight of the visit, demonstrating a fun, polite, and professional attitude. Despite their efforts, the disappointing quality of the food overshadowed any positive aspects of the experience. After giving this location multiple chances, I’ve concluded that it’s time to move on.

First off, I’ve found the employees to be very courteous and easy to understand in the drive thru. With one order I wanted a single extra ketchup, and was offered extra if desired, of course. My sausage biscuits have been very good, as have been my sausage mcmuffins. However, the hamburger I ordered was dry. So it’s a hit for breakfast and miss for lunch.
