We recently ate here after reading reviews about their mozzarella bricks I mean sticks and wow they are awesome. They are huge, fried perfectly and the pull is crazy. We also tried the Big Mouth Bites which are really good, Southwest Egg rolls again pretty tasty. We shared a BBQ platter and we picked the ribs, cheddar jalapeno sausage and honey chipotle chicken crisps. The ribs were actually pretty decent, the sausage was excellent and the chicken crisps very tasty. It came with fries and mac n cheese which were also really good especially the Mac n cheese. We had a couple of Christmas Margaritas and they were very good. The service was excellent and it was a great value. The servings are large and we had more than enough food to take home.

Our first time at chilis while crossing the border and we were impressed. Chips and dip were hige and really good and the mozzarella sticks or blocks were fantastic, the cheese pull was awesome. Fajitas were plentiful and yummy, but the rice was hard. My son had the trio and he enjoyed that. Wanted dessert but we wete too full. Looking forward to going back again soon.

We came from Canada to try the viral mozzarella sticks and it did not disappoint. Our server was super friendly and attentive to our group. We ordered some drinks that helped kick start our day aha and everything we ordered was delicious.

Incredible waiter (very great guy!) and good atmosphere.
My wife and I paid over $30 each for the surf and turf which is steak and shrimp. The shrimp in the picture looked nothing like the Walmart special shrimp we got with our food. Our shrimp were so small… Disappointing for a restaurant charging so much for them. The steak and the shrimp also lacked seasoning and flavor. We definitely wouldn’t recommend that plate to anybody.

Visited chillis from Canada! Second time having the triple dipper, first time was in Detroit. Unfortunately wayyy too salty for my Canadian palate. Most foods are in the states. Thanks for the experience and easy in and out though.

I recently visited Chili’s Grill & Bar with my family and absolutely loved our dining experience.
My daughter had wanted to visit here for the longest time, and after a long day of shopping in Buffalo, we were pleased to know this location was a short drive away.
The entire dining experience was lovely and the food was delicious with amazing portion sizes (We were all tummy full at the end of the night)
Our servier Brian, made the experience even better as he was very caring and attentive to every detail of our order. Greg, the Store Manager visited our table a few times to ensure we were enjoying our meal and was very warm and welcoming ( Greg was the ideal customer care host and certainly set the bar high 🙂

I had a great experience at this Chili’s! The food was very good and the portions were surprisingly big—I definitely didn’t leave hungry. The staff was also incredibly nice and attentive throughout the meal. My only catch is that the prices felt a bit high for a casual dinner. Overall, a solid spot if you’re looking for a big, tasty meal in Buffalo!

The food was amazing few things to mention the welcoming guy was not nice no smile and the game thing they have on the table. Be careful because my son was playing, but I got a bill for it. Otherwise that one is nice. Amazing food is good. The server who served us. He was so nice.

After spotting the viral TikTok videos showcasing the Nashville Hot Mozzarella, we knew we had to give it a try. So, we made the trek from Toronto, Canada a journey of over 200 kilometers and I’m thrilled to report it was absolutely worth it! Despite the dish being a whopping 3,300 calories, it didn’t disappoint.
If you’re intrigued by unique culinary creations, I strongly recommend visiting and trying this dish before it potentially disappears from the menu. It’s definitely one of those ‘once in a lifetime’ meals. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and every bite was delicious. Don’t miss out on this sensational food experience!

Normally one of our fav places but today wasn’t a good one. Service was okay although I had a feeling she wanted to be anywhere but at work. The food was decent, but I paid the bill and sent the receipt home as I always do – and my own fault here I know – I didn’t check the receipt. My husband ordered the special – the smash burger which came with a cup of soup and a drink plus his smash burger for $12.99. The receipt shows $15.79 for the burger and $7.29 for the soup – that’s $10.00 more than we expected to pay. She did not charge for his drink which was a good thing. Living in Canada and coming down to the US is a treat – I will be sure to check the receipt more carefully next time. If there is a next time. Servers should be more careful with entry and I guess I need to be more careful with going through the bill thoroughly.
