Visited on a Saturday evening and it wasn’t busy. Parking wasn’t an issue. Everyone was kind and helpful with ordering as this was our first visit. We loved the decor of the restaurant and it was clean. Plenty of seating options. It was a plus that college football was on. We had the brisket sandwich and it lacked flavor and was dry. The Mac and cheese and sausage was good though. Sweet tea was also great. The carrot and red velvet cakes were very disappointing. Seemed like it was frozen then thawed out and had no flavor. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend as the food was disappointing for $50.

Had an amazing experience at 4 Rivers Smokehouse! The food was outstanding — everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service truly stood out, though. We had the pleasure of speaking with Diana, and she was phenomenal. She offered tons of great recommendations and helped us pick the perfect combination of dishes. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We tried this place, but it just didn’t feel right for us. We didn’t find it very clean, and the food didn’t have much flavor. I’m sure some people might really enjoy it, but it wasn’t what we expected. Also, the way the food is served and the fact that you can see the kitchen with some dirty things didn’t help — it didn’t look clean to us, and the tables and floors felt sticky. It’s not a place we would give another chance unfortunately.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at 4 Rivers! The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Everything we ordered was seasoned just right and came out hot and delicious. You can truly taste the quality.
But what made the experience even better was Tommy. He was amazing! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our visit special. Great customer service like that really stands out.
If you’re looking for great food and top-tier service, 4 Rivers is the place to go. We will definitely be back!

This BBQ place was pretty good. It’s a very large dining area. Everything was clean and tidy. Of course we did arrive just after opening on a Saturday morning,so everything should be clean.
The young kids working behind the counter were very pleasant and seemed to be in a good mood. We were eating within 10 minutes of walking in the door, so the service was top notch.
The sweet Asian girl who served us at the counter also came by our table and asked us how everything was. She seems like a good hire for sure.
The beef brisket I ordered was delectable, and melted in my mouth . The Mac n cheese was kinda “cheesy”, in a bad way. It seemed like boxed Mac n cheese.
The beans were delicious . Neither of us like the BBQ sauce. It was kind of bland.
I think if you went there a few times, it would be easy to find just the right combination of food that would suit you.
Unfortunately we live too far away,and will probably never return to that area.
Do I recommend this smokehouse? Indeed I do.
I took off 1 star for the Mac n cheese and the BBQ sauce.
Otherwise it was a great meal with excellent service.

4 Rivers- it’s so good… Best BBQ around. If you haven’t tried it find some time to go, you won’t be disappointed. I had the Cuban and my husband had the 3×2 with wet brisket. So yum! I’ve used them in the past for catering too! 100% recommend. I loved meeting Diana.. She is very personable and friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our lunch date.

Clean. Friendly. Fast. The barbecue sauce is excellent! The meat is very tender and it smells amazing when you walk in.
Don’t forget to visit the bakery! Totally delicious…leaving you wanting to come back just for dessert.

Great place for a meal! Portions are just right! Flavors are out of this world and they have a ton of room for large parties. I would even be able to bring my wife who has Celiac here confidently as they have many gluten free options. They desserts are so tasty and the price for all is great too.

Food was good, not great. The ribs were a bit tough, the grits and shrimp were tasty and the pull pork sandwich was ok. Not sure I would be back. The tables were not clean nor was the child seats. I want to rate the place higher but it had too many strikes against it. The story behind the restaurant was very nice so I give the owner 2 thumbs up for all his efforts.

The brisket was the best I’ve had in a long time. And the server Megan was so Nice and gave the the best quality service from any restaurant i have been to, made me really feel appreciated and valued at your establishment. The deserts were also really well crafted and made. 5 stars would definitely come back and recommend this to others
