I just spent 26$ on two biscuit combos and three tenders. My order was wrong twice it took 12 minutes to get it and when it was finally “right”, it was cold and terribly made. I tried to eat it anyway because I was hungry and didn’t want to waste it but it was just so bad. The tenders were fresh but they were not 2.30$ each good. I say that if these restaurants want to charge a premium then they should be held to a premium standard. It was not quite so anger inducing when you could have a biscuit and hash browns at a reasonable cost. Do better Bo! I won’t be back for a while. I’ll go down to Martin’s instead. It’s closer anyway.

Purchased my order via the Bojangles app. My driver was great, communicated the entire time, however, when she arrived with my food I received what’s pictured. Compared to what’s all on the receipt, I’m a bit confused. The chicken, had to be cooked because they ran out, but sent me burnt and crisp Bo bites. The grease clearly hasn’t been changed. I also Bo sized my combo to receive a small Mac & cheese because they ran out of dirty rice. I’m missing fries, a Bo sized sweet tea (& my lemon that costs) along with an additional dipping sauce. I haven’t visited this location in almost a year because of the last experience I had with them. Today definitely proved why I avoid this location.

The drive thru has a robot that takes the order but does not repeat it nor does the staff at the window to verify accuracy, sometimes it may be right sometimes it isn’t. Even if your receipt shows it all as you ordered it, you usually won’t get the right food and/or missing items. No matter when you go to the drive thru, there can be absolutely no one there and they have you pull over to a handicap space and they’ll bring it out. I’ve waited 20+ minutes several times and never saw anyone else come through the drive thru after or before me. Never seen a Bojangles this slow and it totally defeats the purpose of “fast food”.

Service was friendly and we didn’t wait too long for our food. We enjoyed trying the new breakfast Bo-rito! It had plenty of egg, crispy hash brown, and flavorful gravy to top it off. Sausage was good but would have liked a little bit more.

I recently had my first experience at Bojangles and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I ordered chicken, which I found to be dry and lacking in seasoning. Additionally, AI system at the drive-thru struggled to understand my order, which was frustrating.
When I finally picked up my order, I was instructed to go inside to receive it, despite having ordered online—a significant inconvenience during my limited 30-minute lunch break. Moreover, instead of the leg and thigh I ordered, I received a wing and a breast, further detracting from my experience.
While I may consider trying their breakfast options in the future, my overall experience with the food, customer service, and operational choices at this location was disappointing. This was my first visit, and I doubt I will return.

I noticed that many reviews have echoed similar sentiments over the past year, which makes me question why no changes have been made. It seems like the management is more focused on making a quick profit than improving the customer experience.
Based on my visit, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s disappointing to see such potential wasted, and I left feeling let down, especially after hearing so many good things.
Also the computer generated responses to the comments don’t help.

Clean, cooked to order
Biscuit with country ham, scrambled egg on a biscuit. Best biscuits, fresh, hot with crunchy exterior, flavorful country ham, and perfectly prepared made to order scrambled eggs…perfection! Manager come out to dining room to see if we were satisfied…wonderful attention.

Female Leona, was very rude at the drive thru. I simply just ask for honey, and her RESPONSE…. Like I said …, I was just asking you what sauce you want. WHAT SAUCE DO YOU WANT??? This is rude, and should NOT be tolerated!!

There’s a girl wearing a hijab that the staff working there is extremely rude to. The girl wearing the hijab is the hardest working and the managers were being rude to her while she’s trying to work and do her job and take care of guest. Probably won’t be back super disrespectful to her.
