Returned to the car with the latte and they’re absolutely horrible-not sure what was going on with the machine or the staff, but be aware if you want a good latte-this is not it.
There is never, I repeat, never someone at the front counter in the 6 months of me coming here. Staff will walk right by a line at the counter and not address anyone. Ive waited 10 to 20 minutes just to have someone even address me standing there with a problem several times or simply to order when their system cant receive app orders.
I come for the convenience of being close, but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced.
I work in fast food myself, so I understand how closing works — if a restaurant closes at 11, orders should still be taken until then unless stated otherwise.
On top of that, the staff’s tone has been consistently rude. Instead of being greeted with “How can I help you?” we were met with “What do you want?” and “What else?” said in an annoyed tone.
Customers deserve basic respect. If staff are unhappy working late, that shouldn’t be taken out on people who are simply ordering during posted business hours.
1. The service is slow. A happy meal and two adult meals took 20 minutes from kiosk to table. With it also missing the second adult meal so it took 30 to get everything after having to go up to fix it.
2. A man was passed out at a table, slumped over. Multiple people reported it to employees who thanked them for letting them know (who proceeded not to do anything). In a full restaurant with no tables availavle he took up an entire four person table.
3. The man appeared high and I called 911 to make sure the man was okay (shallow breathing in a collapsed position for over a half hour). Thankfully he was okay but instead of addressing things, the manager (older gentleman who had a mustache) decided to have a cigarette outside the door badmouthing the person who called the police as that said person was 5 feet away. Apparently, the man passes out at a table regularly so its become normal for the staff just ignore things.
Bottom Line: skip this McDonalds because if they’re ignoring these issues, what else is ‘not an issue.’
lady with purple dreads was very rude and very unprofessional in her customer service abilities she needs an attitude check. After being rude when trying to order she then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t use our app when we definitely could. And she proceeded to say in the north we don’t serve certain foods. I will not tolerate racism just because I’m from the south! I don’t know who she is but this was the worse experience I’ve ever had!
