Absolutely amazing burgers! Cooked to order, fresh and moist, caramelized onion, melted cheese. All the items are fantastic! Highly recommended, customer service is great always very kind. Easy to order from Kiosk. So much better than Frisco Freeze.

Alright hear me out… I’m not normally a burger person but this place is an absolute exception. Their bulgolgi burger is very flavorful and the bun is chef kiss being a buttered brioche bun and I’m guessing the pickles are home made. Absolutely delicious and if you’re doing keto you can get a lettuce wrap alternative too!!

Strawberry milkshake is S tier too

Definitely recommend visiting this place

Only thing I’ll warn about is parking can be a bit hard if busy

love how they blend flavors traditionally rooted in South Korean cuisine into a classic American burger. The balance is thoughtful rather than overwhelming: savory, slightly sweet, and deeply umami. Every bite feels intentional, layering textures and flavors that keep pulling you back in. It’s familiar enough to feel comforting, yet distinct enough to stand apart from your average burger. By the end, I found myself already wanting another bite, not out of hunger, but appreciation.

Burger Seoul is good for your soul! I’d been to the food truck a few times, but this was my first visit to their newer permanent location and it did not disappoint. They’re still serving up some of the most creative and tasty burgers in Tacoma, all in a super chill, relaxed environment.

I grabbed their “basic” Seoul Burger with a side of fries and it was fantastic. The portion size is insane but I still managed to finish it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a seriously tasty burger in Tacoma. I’ll be back soon!

Definitely an amazing burger our first time here so we tried the SEOUL burger. A bit on the pricey side, but with that said, the burger was huge (half-pounder) and delicious. My wife also liked the fact that they had a gluten-free bun for one dollar extra.

This was one of the best burgers i have had in a long long time. I got the double smash, it was so much bigger then i expected that i barely touched the fries, so next time i am only getting fries if i have someone to share them with so i can focus on the star of the show, that burger. I cannot wait to go back and tell everyone about it. There is some parking in the lot and some small seating on the inside and bigger tables outside. I went pre lunch time rush so I was in and out quickly.

Great service and cute atmosphere!
The food was solid overall. I really enjoyed the homemade pickles—definitely a standout. The sauce was decent, though not quite my favorite. Fries were seasoned, but unfortunately tasted strongly of garlic powder, which threw me off. We tried the Seoul Burger and the Smash Burger; the smash-style Smash Burger was much better in my opinion. I’d definitely come back to try something different next time. Great service and a really cute vibe made the experience worthwhile!

Reason I gave three stars because I really expected more. I am a fry connoisseur and the fries are just not good at all to me and the burger, It’s OK but I don’t like my burger soggy and the sauce is on heavy and it’s not seasoned so it’s nothing spectacular to me about the burger, but the star of the show is that Biscoff milkshake now that get 100 out of 10 that is a good milkshake. I definitely recommend you to get that

This place is a GEM!!! Had a Tripple smash burger and it may very well have been the best I’ve ever had.

They have TONS of Gluten Free (Celiac safe!) options, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable about allergies.

I’d give it 10 stars if I could. My only complaint is that we don’t have one in Portland.

What a great experience! The restaurant was very clean and had a neat and natural aesthetic. The service was great! I think this man may have been the owner or manager, he had a pink beanie, very attentive and kind. The burger was so good, cooked well and had a nice flavor. I got the burger with guacamole and ALL of the ingredients were fresh!
