I only have good things to share about Mutiara. First visit and won’t be the last. We were early for lunch, service was quick and food came out very quickly as well.
The food was really good. Every dish was tasty, I personally thought the fish and the hor fun was outstanding.
Staff was attentive and also helpful. We were celebrating a happy occasion and this meal really made occasion a happy one.

We recently hosted our company Chinese New Year dinner at Mutiara Seafood on 24 February and had a very good experience. The restaurant was fully booked that evening, yet the service remained smooth and attentive.
The food quality was excellent and every dish was enjoyed by my colleagues.
Although we were seated outdoors on the second level, the space was wide, well sheltered, and had great air circulation — almost like being indoors. It was even raining that evening, but we remained very comfortable.
The team also kindly accommodated a last-minute birthday celebration for our boss with a lovely display of almond tofu and jelly, which was a thoughtful touch.
Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience. Being under the trusted Jumbo Seafood brand certainly shows in the quality and service. I would happily recommend Mutiara Seafood for group gatherings or company dinners.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, with Mr. Kanna and his team being very responsive to our needs. The food was outstanding—full of rich, authentic flavors, and the portion sizes were ample. The ambiance was warm and inviting, ideal for a special family celebration.
I strongly recommend trying the Signature Chilli Crab and the Steamed Live Lobster with egg white and mushroom sauce. They were absolutely delightful. Highly recommend.

Have frequented this place for many years now and I can say the standard has not dropped a single bit and we had great food. Staff is also extremely attentive to your needs and warm throughout our meal. Big thanks to Kanna and Arkar for attending to us yesterday 31st Jan for lunch.

Picked this jumbo place as we friends who don’t eat pork. Thought wouldn’t measure up to normal jumbo standards but the food is surprisingly nearly as sumptuous. We didn’t order chilli crabs but order the bread with just chilli crab sauce instead, and enjoyed it a lot. Other dishes also pass musters. The Ipoh boy serving us was most obliging and helpful. All in, no complaints. Highly recommended for Muslim and non pork eating patrons.

First time here and had dinner outdoors — much better than inside, which felt noisy and crowded. The prawns were flawless, super fresh and sweet, with an amazing sauce. Tried the chilli crab (mud crab 800g); the body was sweet and firm, but the claws were a bit dry and bland. The crab was huge, but the body itself was small — probably better to get two smaller ones for the best flesh. The sauce was slightly too sweet for my taste, but still tasty overall. Service was really friendly. Would visit again to try other dishes! Spent around $140++ for two, with the crab costing about $80++. Recommend

Jumbo seafood at reasonable prices. We are happy to discover this place. The food we ordered were familiar favorites from East Coast outlet and they were delicious! Staff are friendly and very helpful, always smiling and greeted us when we left as well. We will come back again.

We celebrated our mom’s birthday at Mutiara and she enjoyed every single dish at the dinner. The set menu for 6 included all the highlights like chilli crab, prawn vermicelli and steamed grouper, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! We also added on a seafood fried rice and mocha chicken for our party of 7, the latter is particularly good.
Special thanks to the crew working on the 3rd of October, your kindness and attentiveness made an impression and created a wonderful first experience at the restaurant! We will surely be back.

This is my 2nd time dining at Mutiara Seafood and without a doubt the food never fails. The lobster was a true win. This time we chose a different experience by dining in the VIP room. Its a cosy area for 12 of us but in terms of service i think Mutiara can do better. Nevertheless the food is never disappointing!
