I visited Waffle House for the first time and I really enjoyed the waffles. The location is very accessible from Airport Road, and it wasn’t too busy, so the service was quick. Our server was very friendly, which made the experience even better. The price is standard, around five dollars for a waffle. It might seem a bit expensive to some people, but it’s worth it for the flavor and the service. I would definitely come back.

I went to your establishment to eat with my friend last night around 11PM. We came in the restaurant, wasn’t even greeted, just told sit wherever. We sat down, it took the lady 5 minutes just to greet us. She comes over and said “sorry I am on the phone with door dash as I had a very rude dasher”, I asked for a water with lemon, she so rudely said “we don’t have lemons”. She took our drink order which was a water and chocolate milk, she went behind the counter started stuffing her face with ice cream and food she just door dashed. She took 5 minutes to even start pouring out drinks, brings them over. She took our order, and just 3 minutes later brings us over these undercooked soggy waffles. While they are preparing our grit bowl, she is standing over the grill, no hairnet and stuffing her face. When she brings us the bowls over she doesn’t ask if we need anything else, doesn’t offer refills nothing. Then proceeds to go sit down and stuff her face. While we are eating she is complaining about other employees to another employee. Complaining about everything meanwhile she isn’t even doing her job. Then we are midway through our meal, doesn’t even ask how the food is, do we need anything nothing. She drops the check off and walks away. We were finishing up and it was clear we needed boxes, but she is to worried about stuffing her face. We had to sit for 10 minutes and she still hadn’t come over. We had to ask another server to get us boxes, which she proceeds to then scream across the place to the server and says “your table needs boxes”. Then proceeds to bring the boxes, drops them and continues to stuff her face. This place is extremely unprofessional, not polite at all, unhygienic, and doesn’t know how to properly cook food let alone serve food. The server whom served us was a bigger women with black hair. Maybe if she stopped stuffing her face and knew how to serve she would be tipped properly. Unbelievable.

We don’t have waffle houses where I live so when I see one while traveling I usually do. They do breakfast really REALLY well. The waffles are great. The coffee is great. We had waffles to share and I had an omelet. It was great. Cooked perfectly with absolutely no browning on the exterior of the omelet. Their hash browns blow me away every time I have them. Order them smothered and covered. That’s waffle house code for adding sauteed onions and cheese to your hash browns. Ask for one extra slice of cheese. They kinda skimp. The onions are incredible. I got probably eat the hash browns at every meal if I could. Waitress was very pleasant. The place was very clean. Including the rest rooms. Little tough to get a seat on the weekend during breakfast time Definitely recommend

Very minimal & basic in comparrison to other states. Out of state waffle houses are much better i feel like but i love the chain overall because they come in clutch during later nights & early mornings. Either way everyhing was ok ♀️ no complaints.

You have your 3rd shift lead manager sitting on her phone with DoorDash because her door dasher was nasty. But she can’t tend to her tables or ask for refills. Waffles were undercooked idk how u can’t turn the waffle maker but again to busy shoving your mouth with a frosty. Next to my food cooking smacking her lips and leaned up against table eating her food. During this process we got our food before finishing food was brought our check no refills again didn’t ask if food was okay. But the tv show on her phone was very important. Coming from someone who has been in customer service since I was 15 also fast food for years. This is why we are disrespected in customer service is because people who choose to be lazy with there job. Also you have severe safe posted but are the mangers because you would have failed with heath code violation. Also talking disrespectful about other staff with a full restaurant childish.

The food was surprisingly good ( greasy but not in a gross way), even if there’s not a large selection for vegitarians. It was very clean and the staff was pleasant. Prices are reasonable.
