Good portions and authentic Japanese cuisine! We ordered the Sasa roll (soft shell crab), salmon nigiri, chicken teriyaki bento, and unagi (eel) fried rice for two — absolutely filling and satisfying.
The eel fried rice was surprisingly good, with a large pan-fried eel fillet on top and small chunks of eel mixed into the fragrant fried rice. The eel flavour was strong but not fishy at all, and the portion of rice was generous. The teriyaki chicken was above average — tender, juicy, and a good portion, though the sauce was slightly too salty for my taste.
The soft shell crab roll was also amazing, very tasty, with the crab still crunchy inside the roll and two large pieces of soft shell crab at each end — very satisfying! The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Visited on a Thursday evening with 10 colleagues at around 1830 and we were the only people in the restaurant for at least an hour, which was nice. Service was really quick as you can imagine and the food was varied and really nice! Would highly recommended for groups and getting a mix of both veggie and meat options.

Best sushi place you could be in. The hosts were amazing and you can tell by their usual customers coming back (so are we hehe). The ramens are filling and so are their delicious broths. Sushi came in generous portions and tastes amazing. They also have a nice selection of side dishes to choose from. I’d say go for it!

We recently dined in at Mikawa Japan Sushi Sashimi / Ramen Restaurant and had an amazing experience! I tried their vegan ramen and it was absolutely delicious the broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Their seaweed salad is a personal favorite – fresh, light, and full of umami. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy Japanese cuisine in person. This is definitely going to be my new go-to place for ramen and fresh Japanese dishes!

Everything was excellent. You can even order dishes that aren’t on the menu.

This was a lovely meal we were in a bit of a rush the food came out so quickly and pipping hot! Our waiter Alex was so lovely and funny and the prices were amazing for the food you got! Will definitely be going back!
