We visited this eatery on a Saturday afternoon. It was quite busy but the staff were not rushed or rude. The smashburger was flippin awesome, the onion rings were fine, the French fries were horrible and the shake/ice cream machine wasn’t working so we couldn’t order any frozen treats. The smashburger and its awesomeness muted the other issues. Happy we finally got to eat here but probably won’t be back or make an effort to visit again. Once and done.

Stopped by for lunch today because we’ve heard several people talking about this place. Old-fashioned drive-in diner with inside seating, if you are lucky. Great cheeseburgers, which I believe they source their meat locally. I had the tater tots with mine. Our meal was good, no complaints from the table. Afterwards, we had to try the ice cream and man were we glad we did. The hot fudge cake and the hot fudge sundae were both delicious. The soft serve cones both passed the grandkids test, and they were not stingy with the portions. There was a wait just because they were extremely busy and packed. This was the reason I marked the service lower, really no fault of their own. If you don’t mind waiting a little bit, hopefully you will be as pleased as we were. Definitely recommend this place for the burgers and the ice cream.

Saw a post on social media reviewing it I was in town so had to stop. It’s an old school drive in, with inside seating. It was packed I sat at the counter. A cheeseburger and onion rings, burger was really good, fresh cooked and delicious. I’m onion ring snob, these were ok I thought the batter too heavy and too crispy. Definitely would go here again if I’m in town

My daughter and stopped here and got a to go order. She got hamburger fried squash and fried okra. The squash and okra were soaked with grease and no seasoning of any kind. The burger is like any other kind of burger. I got the hamburger steak with mushrooms Mac and cheese and baked beans. The pic is the hamburger steaks no seasoning the mushrooms cold and right out of the can taste. The beans were good and max and cheese is thick.

Snow White is a longtime Lebanon tradition. We ordered 4 meals and 4 shakes for our family. My youngest son found pieces of clear rather large plastic in his milkshake (see images). They also left the grilled cheese out of our order, and it was sitting on the counter when I had to go inside to get it. I did call about the plastic to let them know, got a simple scripted apology. An apology doesn’t fix plastic in a kid’s milkshake. Basic quality control does.

The food is consistently served cold. I come to this restaurant once or twice a week because it is near my house and every single time I have to ask for fresh chicken or for them to put my food in the microwave and warm it up. If it only takes four or five minutes to cook chicken in their fryers, why serve it cold to customers at all? Some of the waitresses are extremely nice and helpful (Whitney) and some (older grey haired lady) act like it’s a real problem whenever you say “hey my chicken is cold. Would you mind getting me fresh chicken?“ IDK why I continue to go (probably because it’s closest to my house) but this place sucks more and more each time.

First time visit. We did not dine inside — choosing instead to have our ice cream entrees delivered to our vehicle by the car-hop servers. Vintage looking vibe. Authentic retro 1950’s drive-in diner. Customers simply park in one of the 20 plus spaces & turn on vehicle flashers to signal to the staff one is ready to place an order. Car-hop attendant comes to car quickly. Our attendant was cheerful pleasant & helpful. Food came out almost immediately. Located on busy thoroughfare across from Publix grocer.

We went to the cruise inn for the first time on last saturday, we were very impressed with the hole operation!

A family favorite! We came tonight (a Saturday), they’re moving and crazy busy but we were still greeted with a smile! My husband got the double smash burger and check this thing out! (Delicious by the way and the fried squash is the best thing I’ve ever had!)
