Only dine in if it’s your last resort. When I entered, I saw a guy sleeping at a table. As soon as I approached the counter, a homeless man enters the establishment badgering me about what I can order him. He continued despite my ignoring him. Eventually the gal behind the counter gave him trail mix. Only halfway through our meal did the security guard come in.

After a long day of work I decided to grab me something to eat before I headed home. My iced matcha latte was amazing, and Mike the cook made my wedges so good, I almost ordered more! Lol, and his personality was even better! Thank you for all that you do, it’s not a great location with all of the homeless & crazies that come in, but the workers definitely treat everyone with respect.

The atmosphere was hostile, with an air of the employees was angry the customer’s we’re there. The food was good, I placed my order via Jack-N-Box app, the process was I received my food in a timely manner. While I was eating, I over heard an argument between a security guard and a man. The security guard was verbally aggressive telling the man, Jack-N-Box policy is that ONLY PAYING Customers are allowed to use the Restroom. The man left heart broken

No pictures but I got a free coupon from t mobile today so I decided to give them a try. And it was terrible. There was a cook and 1 girl working. She worked the register, the drive through and the inside, I really don’t know how she did it. The manager kept going in the back. I helped another lady who was there figure out her app as I had time since I was waiting so long and figured out how to submit the code and payment to get the order. The lady and I were there together so long the staff started treating us like we were together. There is nothing there that I would go back for. The food was not good at all. Well, I will say my milkshake was good. After waiting for over 30 minutes I inquired about my food and the woman serving impatiently said I should be patient. I watched her serve people in the drive through and just not give me my milkshake and burger.

No wait on a Friday night was great but she made us pull up and wait. When I got my large fries it was half empty. The rest of the food was perfect. It was alright but the fries being short is what did it for me.

A black lady treated me based on my skin and my accent
I was about to pick up an order, a homeless asked me to buy him a coffee i said okay, we stood in the line
When it’s our turn i showed her my phone and i told her I’ll buy a coffee for this guy
She made the order ready and asked me to confirm it
I told her just give me some time to buy a coffee to this guy and whenever i finish from his order I’ll confirm the order coz when i confirm the order the time will start
And she said (YOU’RE RUDE)
I bought a coffee to the guy and just left without picking up

Oh brother this place STINKS!!!!!!!!! I tried to see if I can order something before I go into work and at first the guy says he would be right with me. WRONG! He would look at me then continue to act “busy”. Still no service after ten minutes. And there were people in line waiting to be served and they ended up leaving. Long story short I didn’t get to order a damn thing because either there’s not enough staff to help or he was blatantly ignoring me!

This location was close a while for remodeling & it came back big, better,brighter ,but the most important thing is the food good, it’s not good it’s great hot & delicious, glad the building, dining room & appliances was the only things that changed with state of art upgrades but the quality & taste of the food stayed the same.

No photos this time as I was just too hungry: had their chicken wraps. The fajita wrap is alright, but their spicy chicken wraps are the best: chicken tenders, jalapenos, cheese and sauce. Can’t go wrong with that one. Highly recommended.
