Customer service is TERRIBLE. Food was very cold and when I asked them nicely to make it over they had such an attitude. I also got a large smoother once and it wasn’t even filled to the top and they refused to make it over

I received my coffee with the lid sip opening lined up with the seam which caused it to leak coffee onto me. I’ve had a similar thing happen with the other area coffee company but hadn’t experienced it at McDonald’s before. I have received less than desirable service from McDonald’s in general and this restaurant specifically. For example, when one orders using the kiosk & uses the tent & number info to have order brought to the table, they will call you up to the counter to pick up your order. It has been my experience that this is the case at many if not all area McDonald’s. With stiff competition especially coming from Chili’s advertising about getting more & staying to enjoy, one might think McDonald’s might be sensitive to the customer experience. But, my observations bear out a different notion. Maybe McDonald’s restaurants are so busy with a recent better than expected sales period that they can afford to take consumers for granted — even to the point of engaging in what appears to be a wilful act to line the sip opening of the lid up with the seam in order to generate a leak & a negative experience.

The manager at this location demonstrates unprofessional and discourteous behavior. Unfortunately, she is the individual with whom customers primarily interact through the drive-thru. During my attempt to provide my code from the McDonald’s app, I was rushed, and when I asked for guidance, her tone was dismissive. Additionally, when I tried to add to my order, she became visibly irritated, to the extent that another team member apologized on her behalf. This level of service is not acceptable. I recommend additional customer service training and a review of management practices to promote a more positive and respectful customer experience.

Service is lacking, they forget items in order. When I drove back to get the forgotten items, they didn’t even want to give me fresh ones.

My McFlurry was melted, when I asked them to remake it they just blended it..

My bacon quarter pounder was missing (you guessed it) the bacon

And they didn’t want to give me 2 buffalo sauces?

I rarely go to McDonald’s and honestly, this is why.

Very fast service. There are a lot of tables available for dine in and there is a person constantly cleaning them and following covid protocols. Attendant was very courteous and they are doing their best to please everyone. Manager is doing a good job in this place. Bathroom was clean and open for customers only. Decent parking lot, and very easy access. Drive thru is working normally.

Horrible service. The cashier Yulisa took wrong the order. When I told her I was missing one combo she rolled her eyes and said very rudely OMG and instead of fixing it. She left and left me standing there. I asked to speak to a manager her name is Marlene she told Yulisa to take my order and she was very rude. I was waiting for my food 10 mins. Never got it. Asked for a refund the manager refunded a breakfast combo at 1 p.m. we was at lunch time. Had to return for the correct refund. She never tried to make better and never said anything to Yulisa. Will never go back. Horrible experience. Don’t go at lunch time is horrible service.

I’m a vegetarian so I ordered a cheese burger with no meat and mustard. They gave me a cheese burger with meat. I went to the counter to inform them on their error and they then took my burger removed the meat and gave it back to me. Disgusting and pathetic way of treating customers. Then I went back and told them for them to give it me again the same way despite telling them not to do this. I pinched the burger on the side that’s how we knew it was the same burger all 3 times. Terrible service……..
