We had our party at Bamian and it was such a great experience. The venue is beautiful and has a warm, elegant vibe that made the night feel really special. The food was amazing (so many compliments from our guests) and the portions were generous.
A special thank you to Shabana and Maryam for taking such great care of us they were so kind, organized, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole event. They made everything run smoothly and we really appreciated it.

I had a wonderful experience at Bamian Restaurant. The service was truly professional. Maryam, Sara, and Evana were all extremely polite, respectful, and attentive. Their behavior reflected real professionalism and hospitality.
The food was absolutely amazing — authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented. This location truly represents real Afghan food and genuine Afghan culture. In my opinion, it is one of the highest-class Afghan restaurants in Northern Virginia.
I highly recommend this place to everyone. Also, the prices were very reasonable — honestly less than we expected for such high quality food and service.

Baiman is an experience to be had! It’s considerate and elegant and authentic. Attentive staff, extensive menu, delicious flavor. Completely exceeded my expectations. It’s also operated by the most professional and accommodating team. What a gorgeous ballroom. Find a reason to throw a party here! Or at least come have some delicious food for lunch.

I had the Qabuli Palaw with Qorma, and it was seriously good. The rice was perfectly cooked, fragrant, and balanced—not greasy, not dry. The qorma was rich, tender, and full of flavor, the kind you can tell was cooked with patience, not rushed.
Big shout-out to our server Haji Fahim. Super respectful, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. That kind of service matters, and he delivered.

From the very beginning, Mariam and Shabnam went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests and made the planning process so smooth. We had a great visit to Bamian and enjoyed the whole spread from appetizers to main dishes. The staff is very attentive and flexible with any dietary constraints. Some favorites were their kabobs, the Qaubili Palau, and the eggplant. The decor is great with spaces for small intimate groups and larger parties.
