Some of the slowest service at the counter I’ve ever experienced at a Taco Bell ever.
Don’t bother going inside. They clearly prioritize their drive thru. It’s a 20+ minute wait to dine inside and I showed up at 10am. It wasn’t even that busy. I only ordered a 3 dollar small burrito.
Picture is them scrambling to find my order after ordering at the Kiask

Despite being in one of Bellevue’s busiest areas, this Taco Bell sees surprisingly low foot traffic. The interior could use a refresh, and the service isn’t as quick as nearby competitors. That said, the tacos were tasty and hit the spot.

I picked up a door dash order at around 3:30am today; I went through the drive-thru because I have a foot injury. When I got to the intercom I let them know that I was picking up a doordash and they told me to go to the window. Once I was at the window, the woman told me that I have to park and go through the lobby to pick it up. I explained to her that I have a foot injury so I asked her if she could please hand it to me. There was nobody waiting in line behind me. She reluctantly had another worker get the order and give it to me and I told him I appreciated his help. She then continued to tell me that the doordash need to be picked up in the lobby even though she knew my situation! You should be more empathetic to people who have injuries; we all are just trying to survive. All the other fast food places let me pick up in the drive-thru without an issue. She honestly wasted more time trying to get me to follow the weird rules.

Absolutely insane pricing. $7.79 per Crunchwrap Supreme, $6.98 per Chicken Chalupa. Food is fine though.

I’ve lived all over America and this is the best Tacobell ever. Everything is so fresh and I didn’t even know I could do add ons like that. It’s the greatest discovery really! And they’re fast!

I’m not a big fan of Mexican food, but it was my nice-try and experience. Making food speedy and delicious. Dining room is roomy and clean. Will dine-in other burritos next time.
Updated info: Steak Quesadilla is very creamy with cheese. Hold one star for missing drinks sometimes

Drive-thru. They’d never heard of the burrito I asked for, which, weird, but no problem. The young woman on the other side of the conversation helped me get something acceptable. She was patient with my loser-vegetarian questions. Give this gal a raise.

This location at 1960 148th Avenue NE, Redmond, Wa 98052 has so much potential—it’s in a great spot, and the staff is always friendly. But when it comes to order accuracy, it’s a complete letdown every single time. What’s even more frustrating is that we never receive a receipt with our order, making it nearly impossible to follow up on missing items or even report issues. And we have been returning customers for going on two years.
At first, we tried to brush it off. Mistakes happen, and having worked in the fast food industry myself, I understand that things can get hectic. But after multiple visits with the same exact experience, it no longer feels like an accident—it feels like a pattern. A pattern that conveniently makes it harder for customers to hold this location accountable.
Today was the tipping point. I finally asked my husband to go back and request the receipt for order number #452 just so we could confirm what we were charged for—only to find yet again that items were missing. I truly don’t want to believe this is intentional, but at this point, it’s just too consistent to ignore.
This needs to be addressed. Customers deserve better.

We ordered Chicken quesadilla and it tasted okay. This place has lot of seating options to dine-in and also has a drive through. They were not serving Mexico Pizza, so please checkout before going there.
