Absolutely disgusting. I was the only person inside waiting for a basic order of a burger and fries, and it took almost 20 minutes to get it. Drive through had maybe 2 waiting as I went in. Dining room completely filthy, as shown in my pictures. Sticky substance all over soda machine. Trash was over flowing and had dried garbage on it. Condiment bar was sticky and had gunk on it. A previous guest had dumped fries and ketchup on the floor, and it was there so long that the ketchup was dried up partially. This place appears to be run by children with zero guidance that don’t care. Couldn’t stomach the food which was also sub par due to the conditions. If it’s that bad in the public area, imagine what the food prep and walk in areas look like. I didn’t finish my food, threw it out, and left. Attempted to contact Wendy’s directly, and got nothing but a generic email response.

Ordered a cheeseburger deluxe with only mayo an lettuce, first time around I went in to fix it cause it had mustard on it, an asked for a new sandwich an they gave me a new one with a bunch of mayo on it, second time I was told I had to buy a whole new sandwich.
They messed up an is completely uncalled for when my receipt says EXACTLY what it’s supposed to be but they messed up. yet I have to buy a new sandwich. Never coming back here again

Krabby Patty meal. The patty was thick and juicy with a little zing. Unfortunately they were sold out of the pineapple Frosty that is part of the meal. I will be going for round two before the deadline, I want the whole experience with the pineapple Frosty.

This Wendy’s is horrible. They don’t care about anything. Three different occasions, I went thru this drive thru and either didn’t receive my entire order or they refuse to take my order. I actually tried to order once 35 minutes before they closed and they refused to take my order. There was not one person inside and one car in the drive-thru. I will not return to this Wendy’s.

The person taking the order was in the back talking to other employees, and after some time, she arrived to the front. Behind the counter and the fry area was very messy borderline gross. If I saw this before I ordered, I wouldn’t have. There was caked in grease on the fryer and the floor had trash and food all over it. There were 5 employees working and one was making the food and the other 4 were just socializing while other new customers waited. The food did not at all taste fresh and was unappealing. Won’t return to this location. Their is also an issue when going here.

Updated Review: This location has really turned things around as of late in terms of its service. I’ve found the location to be honoring its hours, the store is clean, the employees have a refreshed demeanor, a total 180 from my original review. I hope they can stay the course! Well done Wendy’s!

This Wendy’s location is hit or miss. Sometimes you will get great service and other times you will get no service and when I say no service I literally mean no service. I pulled up to the drive through once at 10:30 and was told they were short staffed and switching from breakfast to lunch and that I couldn’t order. Other times the staff is extremely polite and the food is on point. Roll the dice and take your chances.

We waited for at least 10 minutes before they took our order, with only one person in front of us. The fries were cold, the bacon on the crispy chicken blt was almost black and very crumbly, it seemed like they scraped it off the bottom of the fryer. Also, all of the tables were dirty and had not been bussed in a while, there was a puddle by the drink fountain, and trash on the floor.

My family of 3 were looking to complete the frosty frights kid meals set. Between this Wendy’s and State road Wendy’s we were able to collect all of them. My husband and daughter got 1 ultra rare one which was a blue Brrr Beast. I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that help us complete our set and letting me switch them out or going to the back to see if you guys had the ones we needed. I’m truly happy with every Wendy’s I go to. The staff is always polite, friendly, and positive. The restaurants are always clean and organized. Our food is always hot. So thank you Wendy’s for having not only the best place and employees but for having hot 100% beef thick patties.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and acknowledged. the young man at the register Angelo was great his customer services was amazing and he smiled the whole time. Watching him do his job was amazing how he got orders out quickly. I did not wait long for my order
