For starters, having to stand at the front counter for 5 min before even being acknowledged I was there is poor customer service! Second, after waiting the appropriate time for my order 3pc fish, 2 hushpuppies, and waffle fries, when I was handed my order, I had to ask for the waffle fries. Third, only 1 hushpuppie? Really? C’mon, talk about poor attention to detail! Don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

Bad experience all the way around, after getting order wrong two time. I decided to deal with something I didn’t want. After waiting for 20 min everyone in my party was done eat I still didn’t have my food. So when back to counter for full refund only to hear cursing come from the back. After getting refound I went next do to McDonald’s where I was served good, hot food in a timely manner.

The fish was hot and crispy and fries were– fries. But what was so remarkable was how every table was dirty and that after three attempts, still couldn’t get order right. My husband ordered fish and fries with a side of clams. After paying and waiting he picked up the order, but without clams….so they said oops we missed that we’ll drop them now. About midway throught the meal, he asked how long on the clams? Oh, so sorry we’ll get right on it! After, we were finished–he visited the counter, figuring we would just take them to go; but Oh! We’ll get them down right now!!! But no, we got a refund and just left. Guess we were lucky for the plain fish and fries!

This was NOT worth the $10, first of all it’s basically the size of a kids meal, they barely give you anything at all, secondly the chicken is disgusting. It’s like chewing on flavorless rubber. I haven’t been to long John solves in a long time cause they are so expensive but the last time I did go we got what we paid for. Portion size of just wild for that price. This was such a a bummer. Do not go here if you do then that’s on you for wasting your money. If I could give it a zero I absolutely would.

I get you were busy. But giving 70+ dollar orders to random people is not a very effective or efficient way of conducting business. And the replacement order had only a half portion of what I paid for.

I have been going here since I was a little kid and every time I go they never disappoint! I went in with my daughter and the staff was really nice got my order out before I even had a chance to pay for it. They were all super nice and friendly and everyone had a smile on their face and we’re laughing and having fun with each other while working. Definitely a ring the bell experience. I always love coming in here and will definitely be back every chance I get!

My daughter and I ordered off the app, and when we got there somewhere around 5p, the inside was closed, so we couldn’t go inside to pick up our order. There was only one car in front of us at the window when we let them know we were there for our app orders. We waited 30mins behind the person, and during our wait, the girl opened the window and told the lady in front of us that they were cooking fresh fish. That was a lie! When we finally got to the window, the top of my daughters bag was melted, and the receipt was burnt black from sitting under a heat lamp for such a long time. My order was wrong, I was given waffle fries instead of hushpuppies on the basket I ordered, and our fish, chicken and hushpuppies were all cold and greasy, and there was black stuff on the food due to old grease in their fryers. They were not cooking fresh fish, and they need to change the oil in their fryers. There is no way I was going back through the drive-thru to wait forever to fix my order. I do not suggest ever going there, such a waste of money. $20 a piece down the drain for cold, greasy food.

Waited 30 min for food before I asked for a refund . The cashier lady was super nice and honest the manager I’m assuming wearing a pink shirt came from out the back and didn’t have no concerns over it, didn’t even really seem to be helping his team out during a lunch rush
