Every time I get to come here, I do. I lived in Dyersburg years ago and never had a problem with the food or service. Their food still taste like it should.. McDonald’s! Fresh, hot and ready to eat!

Do NOT go to this location at all cost. I sat in drive thruonger than needed, watched the line shorten, and heard the person that pulled up after me get acknowledged. What made me upset was the way that the girl on the ear piece answered me when I nicely said hello. She was rude, ill mannered, and acted like I offended her by expecting her to do her job.

I go to this McDonald’s a lot throughout the week and sometimes there very busy but the staff always stay calm kind and hard working and I wanted to leave them a good review so they know there appreciated. Thank you guys so much, you make lunch and breakfast a lot easier for me!

Did not appreciate having to wait only to be told I needed to order using a kiosk. If this is how customers need to order then a sticker or some type of notification should be required, signifying that it has been sanitized after EVERY use. My husband and I ordered the chicken biscuit meal. The chicken reminded me of cheap frozen food patties, not like other McDonald’s we’ve visited in other states. Will not be visiting this facility again.
