Just like any other Culver’s I’ve been to whether in IL (I live in Lake County) or WI, has always been a pleasant experience.

Some of the most shining customer service in the fast food industry is at Culver’s and not to mention Culver’s is the fastest growing burger joint in the country despite the economy.

Great tasting food (especially the butter burgers & custard) at still affordable prices, excellent customer service and an always clean dining room; my family & I love Culver’s.

Always great to hear about Culver’s locations popping up in other towns & states and wish for continued booming business for the owner of this location for decades to come.

I ate here with my sister. I got the pub burger meal and she got green pepper soup. My burger arrived cold. The cheese wasn’t melted at all. The fries were delicious. My sister said the soup was good. After eating, I ordered 2 mini carmel pumpkin spice concrete mixers. I was charged $12.85. I thought it was too much, but not positive. I sat down and checked and saw it should have been $9 something. Then I realized I did not get a receipt. What they brought to the table was not concrete mixers. At least, it did not look like the picture. It looked like a cup of custard they mixed the pumpkin into and threw a large amount of spices on top. I threw some of the spice in the garbage. The person taking my order did not smile much. I got the impression he would rather be elsewhere. When I go to the Culvers in Texas, the employees say hello and smile. They listen and repeat back the order. The food is always hot. I guess I expected the same service at every Culvers. I did submit a ti ket to Culvers support and I am waiting for a reply.

We went to Culver’s and sat in a booth for quite a while,my wife and 4-year-old went to the bathroom, but at this point we were just ready to leave when an employee came rushing over with our order. He apologized for the long wait and genuinely seemed invested in making things right. He asked if there was anything he could do to make it up to us — even offered free scoop tokens so we’d feel valued.

I honestly didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. It really wasn’t that serious, so I jokenly said that if he really insisted on giving us free custard, we wouldn’t say no — but either way, we appreciated the gesture.

Next thing I know, he comes back with three scoop tokens and wishes us an amazing day. It was a pleasant resolution.

And here’s the funny part… we’d already eaten. I personally crushed two double deluxe like a monster and our daughter was living her best life. When my family came back from the bathroom I just sat there like, “Behold — witness this great Midwestern miracle.”

It was then we noticed a family a few booths down who had been sitting there longer than we had been there… just now getting their food so you know — they were pissed but I have to give full credit here: the apology, the urgency, the customer service, and the recovery were all top-tier.

Truly an awesome experience, great food, and fantastic service. We left happy — and with free custard. Can’t beat that.

My burger was terrible. My pumpkin shake had way too much cinnamon on top. I emailed the general manager about it and heard nothing. The Culver’s on Sheridan in Kenosha and Zion Illinois doesn’t do things this way. Just in case they blame the burger on the gluten free bun that’s not why. If the bun is heated up it doesn’t do that, so just another way this location does it wrong. I’ll never stop going to Culver’s but I will stop going to this Culver’s.

The food is always good here. However, it’s $19.19 for a fish fry and when you go to wash your hands the water only stays on for 5 seconds! I timed it! How are you supposed to get the soap off your hands in 5 seconds? Plus you can’t just turn the water on again immediately after it stops. Oh, ya. Im sure the employees here are washing their hands properly. How could they!

Landon was super awesome so nice and fixed my order really quick! They were super busy when I was there so I get it mistakes happen, but like I said Landon made it right and is the only reason I’m leaving a review, I honestly wouldn’t have taken the time to leave any review if it weren’t for his exceptional customer service.

So I came in yesterday via the drive through. My
Son’s food was hot but mine wasn’t. The fires were barely cooked for both our meals. I also had an issue with my card and it wasn’t handles in the best way. My son was with me and I was short some money and instead of it being handled quietly and respectfully someone came to my car and infront of my 5 year old told me I didn’t pay for the full meal because my card is bad. I drove off with my son crying not wanting his food because we were made to feel we couldn’t afford. I’m aka wondering if my food was given to me cold as a punishment from the staff.

I went through the drive through and I forgot to add a slushie when I got register I asked the attendant she did not. Also, the kids burgers buns were extra hard the kids didn’t want to eat them. Very disappointed.

I’m happy with the fries I ordered they were good but I also go Custard for a concrete mixer and it was melty and I can tell you why. Don’t come here to get custard after 10pm because they start cleaning and leaving the custard sit out on the counter. It was 10:15 when I got there and they were doing that. Like don’t you guys close at Midnight.
