I always come to this same McDonald’s location. Today, once again, I came here to eat because it’s close to my home and the food is usually very good. As always, the fries were great — fresh and crispy. However, the soft drink, once again, was really bad. This is the third, maybe fourth or even fifth time I’ve had the same issue here. The drink is completely flat and undrinkable. It’s really disappointing because everything else is good, but the soda quality keeps letting the experience down.

Food is not usually the most accurate, and the service is slow and overall kinda just depressing for how staffed they always are. I mean, real, becuse it is a McDonald’s, but pick one or the other, if my orders where accurate then would be all that bothered. Overall, food is still better than most McDonald’s, enough business too keep it fresh I guess.

The cashier was very rude and nasty she was speaking Spanish thinking I didn’t understand it and she snatched the drinks out of my hand. She was speaking Spanish to the manger thinking I didn’t understand what they were saying and was trying to cover her face and I did not appreciate that at all and the manger and her was brushing me away they were both rude I never experienced something like that before

This actually has to be one of the worst Mcdonald’s I have been to. Just ordered “two cheeseburgers meal” via Uber Eats.. and somehow I ended up with the total opposite. I never got the fries, I got a sprite instead of a coke, and I got a big mac instead of my two cheeseburgers. Every time I order from this Mcdonald’s it ends up a disaster. Management needs to check on their employees more often, and create a way to double check orders are correct before sending out!!!

We waited FOREVER tonight. It was actually empty in the store, but it got more and more crowded because nobody got their food. We only wanted fries and 2 McFlurries. There were no more drinks either. It was also very dirty.

I have never left a bad review until now. The night crew was terrible. My fries were toothpicks, my order got totally screwed up and I had to wait over a half an hour to receive my wrong order. The worst part was that there were several customers experiencing the same service. A complete overhaul and/or training is very much needed.

Food was basic. Small breakfast sandwiches for 6 dollars each. 5 dollars for a small cold coffee drink. Ridiculous prices, corporate greed has consumed these franchises and I sincerely hope they fail as a result. Hadn’t visited in years and I suddenly remembered why.
