Ordered a family meal through the mobile app. Picked it up on my way home from work. Got home to find the beans and rice missing. No big deal went through the app and got a refund for it. However once I opened all the boxes I found out the spicy tenders I ordered were not spicy at all. Then the Mac and cheese was dry and looked like it had been sitting out all day. Next I tried to eat at least a biscuit only to find a white coarse hair in my biscuit. So after paying $60 for a family meal I can’t eat any of it. Then they refuse to answer the phone there and I live to far away to go back and complain In person. Would recommend you go somewhere else if you want Popeyes as this location has never got an order right in the ten years I’ve lived here. Officially done with this restaurant.

We were in line for over 15 minutes tonight waiting to order. We ordered the 9piece family meal for $20 how disappointing to arrive home and find that we had over cooked hard old chicken that was not eatable If I didn’t live over 20 minutes away and it wasn’t so late I would have returned the chicken instead we had to just throw it away.

Ordered delivery and the entire order was off my apple pie had something pink and white? Missing my large fries. Mashed potatoes missing. Its just a hot mess and its not the first time either. Im all for the benefit of the doubt but this was too much.

Ordered 2 chicken tenders, cole slaw and red beans/rice. The chicken was more batter than actual chicken ( Im going back to Daves Hot Chicken), however the slaw and red beans/rice were good.

This is the second visit to this location. The first time the guy told me they had been slammed all day long so they were trying to catch up. I understand things happen, the food wasnt to bad.
Around 9pm yesterday, 1-17-26, I went there again to give them another chance.
The lady in the squak box had so much attitude and it really felt like me being a customer was a burden to her. Pulled up to the window, the guy was cool and talked with me…thats the only positive thing I have to say.
The food took a minute but I figured it was being made fresh as they were super slow, boy was I wrong. First the drink had ice in it, ordered it with no ice. Got the good. Those fries were barely luke warm and stale, ate one right there as I pulled away from the window. Took about 5 minutes to get home. All the other food was just as barely luke warm and stale. Had to microwave it like I got it from Walmart. If they can’t make food properly when they are slow and it not even warm then they dont deserve my business. I would rather spend more money at KFC to get food that meets the minimum standard. This continued experience speak volumes about this location or maybe Popeyes in general and I will never go back. I can get cold stale food with attitude at home for 1/4 the price. I wish I could leave a 0 star review

Horrible. Just horrible. I ordered my food tonight for my birthday dinner. I ordered delivery. The chicken was cold and dry. I put it in the microwave and it didn’t even help. It has evidently been sitting for hours and should have been tossed ages ago. The employee was quite rude at the drive through line and when I called to rectify it the phone was never picked up. I’ve had better quality at a gas station. I would sooner eat raw chicken than come to this location again.

I place the order online. I showed up to pick it up and they have caution tape blocking anybody from driving into the parking lot. They’re not answering their phone either. This is essentially fraud. Now I need to go to the hassle of calling my bank and trying to convince them that this was a fraudulent transaction and refund my money.

I’ve never had issues here. I’ve always had a decent experience here. Sometimes the wait can be longer than fast food is supposedly suppose to be but I’d rather have the chicken cooked & my order right than not. So it still has my vote.
