Well, there are 28 flat screen tvs in this establishment. Very loud music. The server, Corrine, was great. I had the lobster roll. It could have used a bit more lobster to counter the big bun it was on. My friend had the Boom Boom shrimp. It was smothered in hot sauce!! We showed the server, she took it back to the kitchen. The manager came out and apologized, which was very nice. At the end of the day, I probably won’t go back. Not my jam.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times, and the service and quality have always been excellent. Today I tried the Pork Osso Buco, and honestly, I didn’t like it. It was a bit too fatty for me, and the flavor wasn’t what I expected. Everything else was great as always.

Good food and decent service every time we go to a Miller’s Ale House.
If management wants a recommended improvement, it’s definitely the speed of beverages from the bar to the tables. That has been consistent across locations as well, unfortunately.

This place is the worse! We were a party of 4 and could not accommodate at 12:30 in the afternoon. Said because they had 2 parties of 30. Bar had seat, a lot of tables open. Said it would be 30 minutes just to be seated after we were already waiting 10 minutes. Only use the bathroom then left. Don’t waste your time, they are either severely understaffed or just have plain bad customer service.

We’ve been coming to Miller’s Ale House for a while now, and the bartending team here is outstanding. Every bartender remembers our names, knows our usual orders, and makes us feel like family as soon as we walk in. Skyler deserves special mention for always going above and beyond, but the rest of the crew brings that same level of care and consistency. The food and drinks are always spot on, and the environment is relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable. This location isn’t just a place to eat and drink; it’s a place where you’re genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend.

Honestly great experience overall. Even my only critique was on the food in regards of how spicy it was and the moment I mentioned it to Dan the server he presented me 3 to choose from mango habanero was my favorite but I had to blend it the hells hot. Didn’t even allow me to want to taste the third because of how good. Recommend making the big red have the option to choose from gives the spicy people an option like its wings. Keep it up. Will come back for sure.

I always come here since it’s the closest location to where I live. The food is okay, and the service is usually good, we normally enjoy our visits. However, today’s experience was disappointing.
Our server, Isa, was fine at first, but as time went on, her attitude became distant and somewhat dismissive. She tossed items like napkins and straws onto the table instead of handing them to us, didn’t check on drink refills. She rarely came by the table, placed our food plates on the edge without saying anything, and never checked if everything was okay. When it was time to pay, she told us to use the payment machine, but it was frozen. We waited, hoping it would reset, but it didn’t and it honestly felt like she just didn’t want to deal with us anymore. We had to ask the host at the front to help fix the issue so we could pay.
Overall, the service was very poor, especially considering it was my aunt’s birthday. I usually try to be empathetic and give servers the benefit of the doubt, but I was genuinely surprised by how we were treated, it completely ruined my appetite and the mood of the celebration. If the restaurant is short-staffed, please let guests know and do your best to still provide decent service. We also couldn’t help but wonder if this treatment had anything to do with us being Latino, though I don’t want to assume that’s the reason. It’s disappointing because we’ve had great service here before, but I hope management takes this situation seriously and ensures it doesn’t happen again.

We both got cheeseburgers and fries and clam chowder soup. Everything was full of flavor and so good!!
Most of the staff was fantastic! Bartender and the To Go order person were both wonderful and personable. Everything was great from them.
Now, the bad:
Unfortunately, there was one server, and I don’t know her name. Blond hair looked to be in her late 40s or early 50s. We were standing at the order area for a to go order, and while I get it, it’s not your section, you should still at least say something.
I don’t expect a full on award winning conversion, just a simple “hello welcome in!” I made eye contact, and got a look that felt like “go fork off!!” From this woman.
