Cafe Zupas is one of our favorite places when we decide to eat healthy meals. ( which is a very often)
We really like Cafe Zupas and their healthy food. We really love their menu, perfect selections of various freshly mixed salads, bowls,fresh soups, and made to order delicious sandwiches.
Fresh and delicious food served by very friendly people.
The staff is always welcoming and attentive.
They use fresh ingredients and it makes all the difference, plus it’s pretty inexpensive for the quality that you get.
Also the chocolate covered strawberry that it comes with ,is wonderful.
They have a new dessert Viral Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and it is so delicious ( a MUST TRY) !
Overall: The food is always amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

My boyfriend and I love coming here to eat! We come here so much that they even know our orders. It’s not just the food that tastes amazing, but it’s even more of the atmosphere here. Special shout out to Gianna and Iris for always being the first to great everyone. We love coming in and seeing that these two wonderful ladies are on the shift. Great place, great food, great people!

Wow. It’s been a while but this location …not worth the money. Only three chunks of chicken in the Chicken Noodle Soup. Did they change the noodles? Also the bread changed, not a fan.

Found this place when they opened and would bounce between them and Sweet Tomatoes. Covid hit and Sweet Tomatoes went down but this place stayed opened. I’ve been truly addicted to this place ever since then. I will always go to this location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is always amazing. 10000000000000/10 stars. Will always be coming here.

I come here quite often, usually after the gym. I always get the same thing, the strawberry harvest and grilled cheese. All the items on the menu are great but these two are my favorite. This location has always been clean and theres not much of a wait time regardless of the line.
Gianna is amazing, shes the life and the face of this location. Always welcoming everyone in and making people smile. You can tell she enjoys her work place so s/o to the management as well. Each time I come in shes got great positive energy. Its always great to see her.

This place is horrible. I work next door and stopped going for awhile due to always messing up the order and wait times. Tried again yesterday for the 1st in months and ordered a sandwich with no cheese or spread. It was on the ticket and checked off. Got back to work and there is cheese and spread on it. Wonderful for someone allergic to dairy. How does this happen?? Your cooks checked it off and ignored it. Now My break is over and lunch in the trash. Called and talked to Ivie and she was kind and said they will remake if I bring my receipt but I lost trust and will not be back and would like a refund.

We came here to have a healthy dinner and found the right place! I had the Cali Cobb Salad and she had the Nourish bowl. Both were fantastic! The service here is top notch and Stephanie lead the way, showing us what we could choose from. We will be back!!

Very disappointing experience at the Stephanie location. I ordered a large salad and was given extremely minimal topping portions mostly lettuce with barely anything else. The topping spoons are tiny, and the manager, Brandon, explained that I would have to pay $0.79 extra per topping just to get a reasonable amount.
It honestly felt like management was intentionally giving less while charging more. In this economy, customers should not feel taken advantage of like this. The portions were completely unbalanced and not reflective of the price.
I went to another Café Zupas location immediately afterward and received fair portions without being overcharged, which shows this is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE specific to this location. Based on this experience and Brandon’s handling of the situation, I will not be returning to the Stephanie location. This is why the Eastern location will always be elite!!

Everything tasted good. The kids portions are a little small for a 9-10 yr. old. The chickpea soup was a little salty for my taste but otherwise good. They accommodated changes to a sandwich and my daughter liked it. Thai steak salad was very good. Better selection for drinks than just sodas. Nice touch that you get a free chocolate strawberry with a meal.
