We got Anthony’s takeout for New Year’s eve and honestly the pizza while cooked with decent ingredients was very floppy and couldn’t even be picked up. The undercarriage of the pizza was completely white. We also had to re-cut both pies. The place was dead so I am unsure what happened because the ricotta and meatball is usually one of our favorites since we do frequent Anthony’s. Lastly, the pizza is pricey. We paid $54.00 for those two pies and added a $5 tip for the employee working the takeout counter.

I’ve tried three different locations of this restaurant, and overall, it’s a clean place with nice and friendly staff. However, when comparing the locations, I’d say this one falls short in terms of food quality.
We ordered two types of wings and a margarita pizza. The wings were decent but not particularly delicious. As for the pizza, it could have been much better with some extra sauce—it felt a bit dry and lacking flavor.
While I appreciate the cleanliness and service here, the food at this location didn’t quite meet my expectations compared to the others

They had one single waitress for a large crowd and she was AWESOME!! But tje burden they put on their customers from being cheap is too much. This poor lady was waiting 9 tables at once AND running the bar. The food was average. My stromboli was good. The pizza was hard. Wings were over cooked. We won’t be back until they hire more help for this poor waitress.

After multiple years of coming to this establishment, reward members who regularly come in I will never be returning to this location. Brought my family in at 8:07pm. 2 hours before close. I ordered a 20 oz Yuengling to which I was served a 16oz in a dirty glass with floating materials all through the beer by a server with a clearly open wound on the back of his hand. No bandage, no glove and the wound was so fresh there was no visible scabbing. After asking the employee if a manager was on staff he said “I’m the manager big dog, what’s up” to which I explain the issue with the glass and the clear health code violation with the open wound and we walked out. Truly disgusting.

Had a horrible experience recently, I tried submitting a complaint on the website and in the app, but it keeps saying error. No corporate phone number listed, only the link to submit feedback. Seems like the only way to share a negative experience is on Google, which is a real shame.
Unsanitary practices and poor service of late. Have been going to this location religiously for 5 years and I won’t be back. Really a shame, because this was our favorite pizza spot, but we can’t risk getting our family sick.

FYI, Google says they’re open, but I don’t believe they’re open until 2pm.
I wish I had gotten food here earlier in the trip cause they are really good and I would’ve love to try some other options.

I’ve been to Anthony’s a few times, not just in Willow Grove, but Florida and NJ. And Willow Grove is a mess. There is a definite difference in that restaurant from front to back on a weekday as opposed to Friday or Saturday late afternoon/evening. The food we had Thursday night recently..the wings tasted and looked as tho they were reheated, the pizza was not just the incorrect order but I couldn’t finish a slice it was so greasy, too cheesy and barely any sauce, completely unevenly made…thick on one side thin on the other. Generally a mess. Very disappointing I will not be going back to that location again as the 3rd strike was it. I can accept a less than stellar service as things happen from time to time…but three.. nope.

Very disappointed in the quality. I used to love the place. But,it’s nothing like what it used to be. The pizzas took a while to come out. The top was swimming with grease??? And parts of the pizzas were burnt. The only reason I didn’t complain then was because children were with us. Therefore I simply soaked the whatever off the top and cut the burnt off as best I could. The spinach artichoke dip was missing artichoke and it was salty. Come on please do better!!!

What happened?! this place really fell off.. From the service to the food. Used to go with family pretty often from 2015-2024 and loved it! This was definitely the last time… so disappointed. Won’t be back.

I have been a customer at Anthony’s (both in Florida and the Philly area) for many years. The food still holds up. The service was good.
They are starting to cut corners and that is not a good thing.
For years we have ordered the largest size pot of meatballs and it has always come out in an Anthony’s metal pot, that you get to take home. No more pots. The thrill is gone.
Then, they have always offered a military discount of at least 10%. Tonight, on a $116.31 order, they gave a discount of $1.99. That looks like 1.7%. I understand that there is a new manager at the Horsham location. She seems to be cutting corners in order to improve her volume and bottom line. I assure you that this is not the way to increase business. I may never go back. Sad day.
