I gave it a 1 Star at first, but I came back with a friend for the boil on my birthday. It was really good. I also like the manager there. He’s good people. I think the issue was with one grumpy woman rather than the entire establishment. I can admit when I rated a bit emotionally due to the rudeness, but the incident never occurred again and it’s been great experiences the past few times I’ve been here.

The service was great. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Food wise, some were par to below average. I had the clam chowder along with the plate. The clam chowder had more potatoes then clams from the bowl that I had. The shrimp was fine, the lobster was over cooked because chewing it felt rubbery. The crab legs was over cooked to the point where most of the meat was stuck to the shell.
Overall taste of the dish however was good.

Our server Christian (red as his nametag said) was amazing! Me and my boyfriend came for my 25th birthday and I could not be happier. He gave great recommendations on drinks, was so cheerful and even got other employees to sign me a birthday card!

Absolutely the best experience that redeemed our faith in Red Lobster. After having a horrible experience at our home location (Irving), we were traveling and decided to try this location in Corpus Christi. From the moment we walked in the experience already started off better with the hostess. Alicia, our server, was attentive, polite and extremely knowledgeable of the menu when we explained the horrible experience we had prior. She described exactly how the food should have been served (the incredients and the presentation). She also had input on how it should have been handled , which if It were handled the way she outlined, I wouldn’t have been so mad at the chain.
All staff we encountered were friendly and looked like they loved their job, unlike our home location.

Dinner at Red Lobster was great! It’s been a while since I’d been, especially since they revamped the menu. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. He even gave us a heads-up about the portion sizes, so we were prepared for leftovers!

Today, 08/22/25, I went to eat with my family. The service was not very pleasant, starting with the fact that I ordered coconut shrimp. When I asked for the extra, which cost $5, the waitress told me it was too late to order, leaving me wanting what I wanted. My family ordered Caesar salads with chicken, one of which came out with a hair in it, and the chicken was raw and didn’t have croutons. When I told the waitress that the chicken was raw, she took it to the kitchen and it came back overcooked and fried. I think it’s poor service on the part of the waitress and the kitchen to bring out a plate in this condition. Don’t even think the restaurant was full if there were really only 7 tables in a room that could fit more than 30 tables. Being such a well-known restaurant, serving these conditions is not acceptable to me. I do not recommend this location and would not return.

Mr. Damola Adamolekun, if you want an example of how all Red Lobsters should be run, look no further than this one. From the second we walked in the door to the second we walked out, the customer service was outstanding. From the hostess, to the front of the house manager, to the cooks and one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting it was top notch. They catered to my family of 5 without batting an eye, even taught my son how to crack crab legs so my wife could enjoy her food. I worked in the restaurant business for years before going on active duty with the military and I am typically critical of service and professionalism. This place knocked it out of the park in every facet. I have only been to maybe 2 Red Lobsters in the past 15 years. I will 100% be back to this one many times while stationed here. Outstanding job all the way around.
