Wasted two perfectly good tortillas because the recipe didn’t ask for beans!!!, instead of asking me if it was ok to keep them the lady in charge instructed the trainee to throw them away because beans are not in the recipe for a gran tocino and I didn’t ask for them (I refuse to pay extra) when my third taco was BEANS and egg. SMH customers like a gift once in a while, you know?

Laredo Taco at the Stripes truck stop in Pecos, Texas is fantastic! The breakfast options are fresh and diverse, especially with the variety of eggs and the addition of fresh jalapeños, homestyle potatoes, Spanish rice, and homemade tortillas made on the spot. Their salsa bar offers a range of delicious options, including fresh salsa and pico de gallo. Service is great, and the prices are affordable. It’s always a pleasure to dine at this truck stop.

It was one of the better Laredo Taco Factories in the Basin concerning both Food and Service. But its gone way down. They really need two people on the front line. Stop charging for items not received or ordered. Ive tried contacting corporate on prior occasions, but they don’t answer so they must not care

The food was just ok the veggies had no seasonings. The guy spent a lot of time talking to his co worker laughing and not taking our order. Husband was told he couldnt order extra because they were almost out of food. It is very inexpensive. I wouldnt reccomend nor come back.
