DaVonne was very friendly and serviceable with our entire family. She was very helpful at the register when our mother decided to change her order after we already paid. And she made sure our food – even with the sudden order change – arrived promptly. All the food was amazing, especially the breadsticks!
Also many thanks to everyone behind the counter for preparing such delicious meals! I had the spicy baked ziti with Italian sausage, along with a slice of pizza. The spicy sauce really helped elevate the ziti dish, especially paired with the breadsticks.
Will definitely be back here again, knowing that the staff are so friendly, kind, and attentive to their guests.

If you’re in the Clermont area, do not sleep on this restaurant. I’ve driven by it so many times but finally decided to try it today. OMG…. HUGE PORTIONS ($20 for what you see)…. Good quality food…. & Friendly staff. Christina and Melody were super friendly, helpful and patient) I will be back.

First of all, Grace and Brandon were absolutely fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable! As someone from Orlando, I always make a point to visit when I’m on the west side. I was craving baked spaghetti with meatballs, but couldn’t resist upgrading to the loaded baked spaghetti—I’m a meat lover, after all. The portions were generous enough to take home as leftovers. I had initially planned to grab quick fast food, but I ended up staying longer to enjoy the amazing breadsticks. Of course, I couldn’t leave without saving room for dessert. I’ll definitely be back!

Visited on 2/25 around 7pm and Davonne was spectacular at hosting us for the night. She stayed on top of making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Had a great experience at Fazoli’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, which made for a really enjoyable meal. What really stood out, though, was our server Davonne they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of with a smile. Wow! Delicious food and yummy breadsticks. Christina was pleasant at the register and outstanding as a server. She brought more breadsticks and we didn’t have to ask or wait.

Christina was absolutely wonderful! She is very friendly and knows the menu. She was able to offer suggestions and was truly invested in our dining experience. Even though it was just a quick lunch she made sure the food was hot and to our liking. She came by our table to offer to replenish our breadsticks. As we were winding down she brought out to-go containers and had even wrapped up the refill breadstick we requested. She truly is an exemplary employee and pays attention to details. Thank you!

Discovered this gem and am very pleasantly surprised. Food was good, and the level of customer service is very high, especially from Davonne. She took my order and was super patient, as I navigated through it for the first time, and even made some suggestions that I really appreciated. She kept coming back to my table to make sure I had everything I needed, so definitely appreciative of that. The staff in general was courteous and stayed on top of everything during my stay. My kids love pasta, so will definitely come back to show them and my wife the gem I found right here in Clermont!
