I had such a great time at Denny’s! The service was super friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. I especially loved how they let me customize my burger exactly how I wanted it — every topping just right and cooked perfectly. It’s nice when a place actually listens to what you want! The pancakes and coffee were also amazing, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a great meal any time of day!

We have been coming here for some time and have known Kimberly. She is awesome and always has a great attitude and treats us with the utmost respect. She’s a hard working go getter and so is every cook and waitress here. These are the best employees and they all make you feel so vsluable.

After how amazing my last visit was, I honestly had to come back again the very next day — and once again, this Denny’s absolutely delivered. This time I had the pleasure of being served by TJ, and Ozstin stopped by the table again to make sure everything was going above expectations.
TJ was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and on top of everything from start to finish. He made sure my order was perfect, kept everything moving smoothly, and created such a relaxed, welcoming experience. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in providing great service.
Ozstin once again took the time to check in, which really says a lot about the level of care and leadership at this location. It’s refreshing to see someone consistently making sure guests are happy and comfortable. That extra attention makes such a difference and really sets this Denny’s apart.
Great food, great service, and an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Two days in a row of excellent experiences — I’ll absolutely be returning again. Huge thanks to TJ and Ozstin for another great visit!

I came in craving a steak after 1 am having never had one from Dennys before. My report back is that it was worth it, I would do it again. Coffee was hot and fresh. Service was good and prompt. The French fries , garlic bread , and red skin potato’s were bomb. They were highlight of the meal aside from my initial steak craving. If steak was seared slightly more and seasoned for this price point it would have been 5 stars. The weather is fantastical this time of year in Prescott.

My overall experience at Denny’s was really good. I am allergic to avocados but I wanted the bacon burger with Swiss and it came out with avocado. The manager, Shawna, came over to my table and apologized right away and went back to the kitchen and actually cooked it personally and brought it back to me.

My family of three had dinner 10/26/25 @ Prescott Valley Denny’s and did not have a good experience. My daughter ordered the country fried steak dinner and found a 3.5″ hair in her mashed potatoes, my husband’s sandwich was late to the table due to a kitchen error ( he’s lactose intolerant and it had cheese on it) and my sandwich was missing the avocado that comes on it yet had tomatoes that I asked not be included. The fries that came on both my husbands and my plate were like the last of the basket fries, very short and crisp ends. The kitchen remade the country fried steak dinner and it was good. Our server was apologetic and was at no fault herself. She retrieved the avocado and checked on us regularly to ensure the remainder of dinner was satisfactory. However, I was a little surprised that we were not offered any kind of discount as an apology for at least the hair in the meal. That whole experience cost us $65 not including a tip. ( We did still tip, again, it wasn’t our servers fault). We understand restaurant experiences can be less than perfect and we’re all human however the multiple issues at one table resulting in us eating at different times isn’t ideal for us. Just wanted to let you know how our experience was. Hair nets would be greatly appreciated in the future.

Now I remember why we dont go here anymore. Food is always cold and not like it used to be. I head straight there right away after placing a mobile order and live not even 5min away and the food is still cold when I pick it up and it sits on the counter instead of on a warmer to keep the food fresh. I got a moon’s over my hammy and the bread was so soggy and they just slopped it together with everything falling off and thinnest slice of ham. They used to be so fat with lots of ham now the sandwiches are thin. My husband said his eggs tasted like dish soap and the pancake balls were so hard and tasted like old oil. Its not what it used to be. Used to love coming here but not anymore.

We went there for Veterans Day. Treated with a smile we seated promptly. We didn’t have to wait at all & were seated promptly. Our breakfast was very good & we had a terrific waitress very friendly, prompt,
and continuously replenished our coffee.

I really like this Dennys. I will say not all the waitstaff is equal in quality but Cindy is the best waitress. She is so sweet and always on time with everything and remembers everything related to your order. We come back because Cindy is awesome and food is tasty!

Sunday’s at this Denny’s are always super busy. The staff in my opinion is an A-Team – the hosts Grace and Kennedy are friendly and very organized. While we were waiting to be seated, I observed that they seemed to be excited about these tablets they were using at the front to take names and assign tables.
It’s nice to see this Denny’s move into the future with technology.
Once we were seated, Cindy was our server. She was rushed, but friendly and got our drink orders relatively quick. It did take a while for our food to come out but nothing extreme and the plates looked good and everything tasted great!
