January 1, 2026 was my first time at this location.
From walking in to walking out this store is in desperate need of training staff!
Ordering food at counter bar was slow as the bartender Lindsey on duty was over worked with not only the 8 person in her section plus 8 booths. Lindsey did a good job from what I observed in the over a hour while there. My review would be a 1 star if it was not the good experience with Lindsey.

Unfortunately the kitchen was fast but the food runner was either sleeping in back room or not doing job of running food out to us… By the time my food came out the Fresh Fries were cold and saggy, and I was over hungry. I was hoping to leave a 5 star as most Buffalo Wild Wings stores are 5 star…! Unfortunately this store is not.

The worst decision made was ordering form from their app for delivery. Not only did they mess up my order but this is how my ultimate nachos arrived without the chili or cheese, I was also missing an order of 15 bone in wings, side of wedges, 2 blazing sauces on the side. How can that be missed from the employees at bdubs!
I called to let them know about my order just so the can say I can get a refund for the missing items or they can remake it and I could pick it up. I spoke with Mitch by the way and even though I got a refund for the missing items when I should have gotten full refund for my order. I’ve eaten there countless times which makes me more upset because you could say I’m a regular and to get food delivered like how I got it is unacceptable.

My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Roseville illuminated how far this once-loved brand has fallen. We were told to seat ourselves and then waited over 20 minutes before walking to the bar to get beers. The bartender sent a server over, who then walked away and never returned when the bartender came with our beers. I ordered 15 boneless wings for me and my brother. We received seven wings and a collection of meatless scraps. Multiple tables were covered with trash and empty plates from neighboring tables. This is increasingly consistent with experiences at other locations nationwide. The portions are minimal, the locations are understaffed and underserved, and the overall experience is very poor. Please consider going to one of the other restaurants across the parking lot. This location should be closed within a year. This restaurant chain should be dismantled entirely. America is dead.

I can see why this location has a low Google rating. Ok well the best thing out of this restaurant was the service which was really good! Ashley is a great server! Here are my negatives: I was seated at a dirty table (see pic). My wings was cold and sooooo salty! My onion rings were mushy, greasy and I received 7 rings – for $7. A dollar an onion ring??? (See pic) I had desert but couldn’t order the cookie because their oven was broken. It was super loud with all of the music and TVs it was hard to hear anything but music. I had to virtually communicate with head nods and thumbs up. The restaurant wasn’t as clean as it should be. Dirty napkins on the floor and several tables have napkins shoved under the table legs so they don’t rock back and forth!! (See pics). The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. I don’t recommend this location. I have had better experiences at other BWW spots – go there instead.

Ordered takeout and was let down. Placed order around noon for pickup at 5:15 when we got off work. Took 5 min to be greeted and then still had to wait another 20 min after my order should have been ready to get it. Got home and started opening up containers and they were the smallest wings from the bottom of the bags they had. Almost all of the wings were smaller than the carrots I had gotten with the order. This is the reason I stopped going but we were craving wings and figured give them another try. Disappointing. Do better BWW

Our friend group has been coming to this particular BWW for 7 years to watch sporting events. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this BWW for any future events. We will not be returning because of:

1. Extremely Slow Service – it took anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes for a drink order and 20 minutes to 1 hour for a food order.

2. Neglectful Service – we had to ask a different server for cutlery and napkins (none were given), a second straw (one was given for two people), and had to remind our server about orders. Upon reminding our server about a delayed drink order we were informed it was “probably because we are so busy. That’s why our manager is working at the bar right now also because it is so busy.” It was not busy. We have been going there for 7 years. We know what “so busy” versus “staff are ignoring their jobs” looks like.

3. Cold Food – upon immediate arrival we ordered 6 chicken wings. They were served approximately 30 minutes later cold. They were not warm. They were not warm in the middle. They were cold.

4. Cold Food a Second Time – an hour or so after arriving we ordered 20 chicken wings. They were served 45 minutes later also cold. But these 20 showed improvement by being above refrigerator temperatures.

5. Incompetent Management – after speaking to our server about the issues mentioned above (and more that are too lengthy to write about), I asked about the manager. Our server mentioned the manager had started at this location a few months ago. I asked where he was. The server pointed to a man sitting in a booth surrounded by 3 other waitresses. The manager—who had to assist at the bar because of how busy things were—did not appear to be discussing managerial things. He was actually watching TV like the rest of us; but the rest of us were not on the clock so it was an odd sight.

Note:
We have been here at times where it is far, far busier and service was far, far better. The server told us the drinks were delayed because of an unavoidable problem with the keg. The server then told us our food was cold because it was delayed by an unavoidable problem in the kitchen. We sat 20 feet from the bar and 10 feet from where the servers congregated and despite the claimed level of busyness, there was ample time to chat.

Additionally, the bartender present on this occasion was present on a past visit. On the past visit, the bartender very clearly overserved alcohol to a guest. This was evidenced by a loud argument, a minor scuffle, and an undoubtedly HAMMERED guest ending up on the floor. We were in earshot while the bartender described the excitement to his other co-workers. The bartender claimed “that person must be such a lightweight because I didn’t serve him any more than the rest of the people he was with.” Either the bartender’s statement was a clear attempt to save face or the guest who was on the floor has an incredibly unique metabolism.

This location is in serious need of competent training and new management.

Food was awful. They didn’t bring any of our food out together. They forgot half of our food and we had to keep asking for what we ordered. The appiTizers (chips & salsa) came out after we were almost done eating. Adult food came out before the kids food and the kid had to wait 15 min. The chicken wings tasted like there were cooked in old oil.
We definitely complained to the manager and Nicole was absolutely amazing and understanding. Unfortunately we will never be back to that Buffalo Wild Wings.

I usually like BW’s. The food this previous visit was disgusting. I felt ill after eating there. Did they change something across the board for the sauces? Every flavor was excessively salty. If I’m correct, that can’t even be a preparation mistake by the cooks since I think the sauces come to the cooks pre-packaged. We were very disappointed.

The service was fantastic though! Our server was super nice and attentive. No notes there! Really great staff.

I ordered takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings recently, and I was pretty disappointed. When I got home and opened the box, the wings looked dry and barely had any sauce on them. It seemed like they weren’t even properly shaken to coat the wings evenly, so some pieces were completely bland. For a place known for its wings, this was really underwhelming. I expect better consistency, especially when paying extra for flavored wings. Overall, it was an unpleasant takeout experience that didn’t live up to the Buffalo Wild Wings reputation. I will no longer spend my money here.

The chicken wild wings were cold when we got it and it tasted very dry. The onion rings were good. Batter tasted nice. Service was alright. They didn’t come to fill our water glass despite passing our table a few times.
