Had dinner at MaMa Mia’s in Livonia, we arrived at 5:30PM, got seated immediately. Employees are so kind and friendly when you walk in, I appreciate that. Our waitress Renee took such good care of us the whole time we were there. You get to choose from soup coleslaw or salad to begin with. Hub and I both chose the creamy chicken noodle soup and it was so tasty along with a basket of hot garlic bread, yum. Our dinner came to us in a timely fashion piping hot. I ordered the Chef Special pasta with chicken and it was delicious, I ended up taking over half home. Hub got the Veal Marsala with spaghetti and green beans, generous portion and he enjoyed it. They do a lot of carry out business I observed, lots of pizza boxes leaving the restaurant. Prices were very reasonable considering what you get. We shared Spumoni ice cream for dessert and it was so good. Enjoyed our dinner, food excellent and service excellent. Try this cozy, old school Italian restaurant, they aim to please! Everything was so so good tonight coming in from a cold dark night, the atmosphere was cozy and warm and everybody was friendly. Our waitress Deanna went above and beyond. She was beyond friendly & made us feel at home. Food was so good and filling and everything we needed thank you D & the rest of mama mia’s for making our night just that much better!!!!!! We will definitely be back. If you get the chance please get the toasted marshmallow cannoli omg life changing

We just celebrated my husband’s birthday here and so glad we did. Carlin our waitress was fantastic! She was super friendly and attentive. This is old school Italian restaurant with wonderful food and huge portions. The garlic breadsticks are super yummy! They offer a full bar with specialty beers. Great restaurant for everyone! Buon Appetito!!

We had our Friendsgiving dinner with our ladies group this past Friday. Everything from the decor, service, and food was top notch. Momma Mia’s always goes above and beyond to make you banquet experience unforgettable plus their waitstaff is the best! I highly recommend Momma Mia’s.

First time here. Chicken parm was fantastic! 2 large pieces of chicken and some pasta. Tour of Italy was also pretty good. The buttery garlic bread that comes with the meal is amazing, never had anything like that before. There were 2 parties when we came so service was pretty slow( about 40 min for our meals to come out). Waitress was kind and fast.

My friend and I came here tonight for food. We came from out of town for a ballet and decided to go here for food. The atmosphere was fantastic. There was a wedding going on in the banquet and my friend and I were dancing in the booth the entire time. Staff was incredibly friendly, giving us the feeling of family as soon as we entered the restaurant. The food was fantastic, and you can truly tell it’s home made and made with love. We spent some time talking with the staff and I watched other staff members talking to patrons like old friends. It was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. Thank you for an amazing experience that felt like home.

I hosted my baby shower here this afternoon & to say that everything was amazing would be an understatement. The service from Deanna, Adrianna, & Bre was absolutely amazing. The food was phenomenal (especially the salad lol). They even served up a fruit tray for us at last minute! And the overall space was very spacious and welcoming. If you are close to the area, I totally recommend them for showers or events. Thank you ladies for such an amazing afternoon!

We had dinner here on Sunday and this was the best food and service I’ve had in a long time. The dining room was packed, phones were ringing I could see all of the staff moving with a sense of urgency thru the restaurant and everyone had a smile on. We waited a bit for our entrees but that was to be expected with a full dining room. Our server Deanna made sure she kept the drinks and breadsticks coming and kept us highly entertained while we waited. Let me tell you the food was absolutely worth the wait! Fresh, hot and you could taste the love in it! I felt like I was back at grandmas eating Sunday dinner. We promise they will be seeing us again! Please give them a try!

Pizza was very yummy- good cheese pull Man, they were busy! So busy that by 5 o’clock they have ran out of rigatoni they had two huge parties back to back and they were working hard to keep up with the demand- The house salad was served oddly- it looked like it had been sitting out for a bit and they had taken it from one bowl and poured it into another bowl because all of the carrots and toppings were on the bottom and the lettuce was on top. The table next to us had three house salads delivered to them and their house salads had the lettuce but all the toppings on top of it. my husband only ate a couple bites because it didn’t look fresh. And nothing worse than serving chunks cores of lettuce.

Tasted very similar to chicken carbonara-it was delicious and flavorful. The smoky bacon and garlic flavor came through- there was plenty of sauce, so it wasn’t dry -I would have liked a bit more chicken In it -The peas were a little crunchy $18 –
people complaining about the prices, But the portion was enough for four meals If you have a smaller appetite and two meals, if you have a bigger appetite-and it was delicious-
My husband had the special which was a chicken pesto pappardelle (sp?)-again, huge portion $17- he thought the flavor was flat- But the next day, it was much better-
The bread was phenomenal. It was better than the breadsticks they usually serve. Hot, soft, doughy, and perfect.
My husband usually gets the minestrone soup and this time I had the mama’s anti-pasta salad-I prefer the Caesar salad over it-
A recent visit- The lasagna was perfect. The sauce wasn’t too sweet. Large portion- Delicious Caesar salad -My husband wasn’t a fan of the lemon chicken as it didn’t taste lemony or have a lot of lemon sauce. It was kind of dry. The veggies and mashed potatoes were delicious-
