Ok, our last minute want turned in to possibly not going back again, especially this location and its only our second time here. These chicken tenders are extremely ridiculously small and this was just recorded to laugh at it with our friend but almost half way through eating , the ONE chicken tender I did not lift, just happened to be a dam hair, greasy hair stuck to the tray GREAT WAY TO TOP IT OFF. Disgusting! Other places could be worse blah blah but right now tonight we paid here at this restaurant and it came from here so dont gaslight. This exact reason why we dont eat fast food or out to often just rarely but when we do this is not the type of disrespectful “food” we want to receive or pay for. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Straight from the heart of a foody.

This Fast Food Restaurant has the best chicken! I got the Caniac combo box and it was so delicious and flavorful. The Drinks were refreshing. I going to rate this restaurant a 5/5.

I love Cane’s. It’s so good that the three-finger combo has me questioning my entire existence. Every bite sends me into a state of enlightenment like I’m being reincarnated into a Mary Jane plant, photosynthesizing pure satisfaction. I eat Cane’s so much that if I were a medieval king, my last words would just be ‘One more Caniac combo.’ I’m convinced they lace the sauce. I think I could ascend if I dip one more tender in that sauce. If loving Cane’s is wrong, then arrest me. just make sure my last meal is that caniac combo, extra fries and no slaw. I’d sell my left sock for a lifetime supply, and I don’t even wear socks.

Looks like a party going on in there! I ordered for curbside pickup while in town. They did forget one of my meals I called and went back they made my whole order over again and gave me 2 cards for a free box meal each! Pretty awesome! I forgot the guys named that helped me out but he was awesome and very kind! He didn’t question anything just asked me if I wanted a partial refund or to come back. So the chicken was good as usual! Juicy chicken on the inside and crispy breading on the outside but not too much so that your eating pure batter lol like some places I know… you can actually taste the juicy perfectly cooked chicken inside! The cole slaw is just average…not sure I’m not feeling coleslaw from anywhere right now so I dont want to judge it. The fries were just regular crinkle cut fries but when you dip into the yummy canes sauce they are delicious! The bread it comes with a so perfect also! I love it! Its toasted just right so that its crispy on the edges but the bread is still so soft and spongy. Also with my box meal I got a half lemonade and half unsweetened tea. I love when places offer that as your drink! It was delicious! My son had the chicken sandwich he said it was really good he gave a thumbs up! I will be visiting my local raising canes when I get back home and I would definitely return to this location when I’m in town again! They have awesome customer service! Thank you to the guy the helped me out sorry I didn’t have your name to put here but you know who you are! Keep up the great work guys and thanks again!

I usually enjoy Cane’s, but this visit was disappointing. My order was missing items, and I had to drive all the way back to get them. The food was replaced, but there was no apology or effort to make up for the inconvenience or my time. Mistakes happen, but better customer service would have made a big difference.

My friends and I stopped by this Raising Canes on our way to San Diego since they were craving it. We came during lunch time and they had a bunch of parking spaces in the big plaza. I got the Box Combo that comes with 4 tenders, fries, coleslaw and bread along with a drink. They give you their special sauce and 2 ketchup packets. The tenders are alright here and the service we received was good. Their bathroom need a code to unlock the door, I guess to keep out certain people. They have outdoor seating here as well if you want to eat outside. There drive thru was busy when we got there and was still busy when we left.

Can’t go wrong with Raising Cane’s. Very limited menu but what they offer is great. Kinda like the In-n-Out of the chicken world. ProTip: when buying a combo, changes to the order can be made (example they will swap the toast or slaw for extra fries if requested). Also the drink can be taken off the combo package reducing the overall price.

My family and I have eaten at this location many times. It is one of our go to restaurants after going to Disneyland. We find it to be clean, quick and affordable. The chicken has never disappointed.

About three months ago, I went to Raising Cane’s and presented a certificate from my catechism school for a Free Kids Combo. I also ordered a 25 fingers meal. When I paid, I received the 25 fingers and the Kids Combo, but the combo was missing the lemonade that should have been included. I didn’t pay much attention at the time and just left. Later, when I looked back at the receipt, I realized that the Kids Combo had actually been charged instead of being free as the certificate stated.
This was a very disappointing experience — not only was part of my order missing, but I was also charged for something that should have been free. It left me feeling disrespected as a customer
