Never been to this Arby’s. Walked in and it was super clean. Bathroom was clean. Tables were clean. My go to is the Beef N Cheddar with CurlyFries. But the special caught my eye. Fish N Cheddar with Curly Fries. So I went out of my comfort zone. Got something I never have had. Wow, opened my package and found a sandwich perfectly presented. Not just thrown together. Wow…was Super Hot, which is good with me, and delicious. Loved the tartar sauce. This was a Really good sandwich. Curly fries were wonderful as always. Great service from a friendly staff.

We usually like to get food from the Arby’s in Roy because they usually have fresh cooked food and a clean restaurant but tonight wasn’t great. It was a long day and we decided to grab some quick food. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, when you order a sandwich you figure the bread will be soft but NOPE. Arby’s employees stop serving food you wouldn’t eat yourself…. If the bread is as hard as a rock it’s time to throw it out!!

I ordered a cherry turnover and an extra cup 9f cheddar.. I also ordered 2 meals. On the receipt it shows I was charged for the cheddar and turn over. I did not get my cup of cheddar nor did I get my turn over.. instead, they put one of the gross salted caramel cookies in the bag. Very upset . Don’t charge for those if you can’t get the order right.

Like a decade ago, Arby’s ran a commercial with an email address and instructions that said to send in your resume if you knew about smoking meat. I’ve been smoking meat for 3 decades, some of them professionally.
Despite my impressive resume, I never git an email back.
I’m going to be salty about it until I die.

Went to the drive thru almost didn’t get my drinks. Chicken sandwich was so old and hard it was not edible. Mozzarella sticks had sat to long. 2 cats pulled forward to wait for orders to cook and we received old food. Not a good experience at all. I’ll drive further to go to a different location as this is not a first!

Great staff , very polite. Food was good. My only complaint and the reason for 3 stars is the quality and quantity. The meat on my beef and cheddar was a ball in the middle of the bread. I ordered from the 2 for $6. A suggestion, if you’re going to cut back on the amount of portion because of the sale price, don’t. There was more onion bun than meat on my sandwich. I love the beef and cheddar and will gladly pay more for the meat that should be on it. Also fries the awesome crinkle fries were old and cold. Opportunity missed, $16 I will take somewhere else in the future.
