I was visiting Florida and someone recommended that I should definitely eat here. I loved the food! We got the Ropa Vieja, Ox Tail and Picadillo. I also bought every flavor of the Meringuitos that they make fresh daily to take back with me as I was flying back home the same day. Totally worth it.

OMG!! All the way from Seattle for my favorite Cuban restaurant! Ate my meal before I could get a picture. Baby Churassco was delicious and so was the homemade flan. Highly recommend!!

If this review was based on just service, I would definitely give it a better rating. Elio our server was very hospitable and upbeat! However, I was a little disappointed in the food portion size and flavor. It was a lunch special, but the chicken breast was thin and small, and the black beans needed a lil more seasoning. The background music also could’ve been a bit more “Cuban” (maybe throwback Cuban or Light Latin Jazz?) and upbeat instead of really mellow light jazz. This would add much to the experience. I was in the area to be an event DJ in Pembroke Pines at a nearby venue, and would definitely return.

Super disappointed, I did an online order and they completely forgot my side of plátano maduro . The chicken portion I received was a joke. There were probably 4 actual pieces of legit chicken , the rest was just the small crispy pieces at the bottom of the batch. You can tell there such little care they almost went out of their way to do the least. Which is unfortunate are because the food is very tasty and I have had awesome experiences before, however if this is how their kitchen is going to operate , with such inconsistency I can’t justify going back for the price just to be skimped out. It was not even busy when I went in , so just pure negligence or laziness on their part

My friend did something super nice for me — I was feeling sick and stressed, so he sent me an extra-large chicken soup with bread and rice. I really appreciated the gesture, but honestly, the soup was a bit disappointing. It was mostly broth and noodles, with just two tiny pieces of chicken full of fat and skin. The flavor was good, kind of like a “Maggi soup,” but way too oily and lacking protein or vegetables. The bread wasn’t fresh either. Overall, tasty broth but not worth the price.

I came here with friends i was visiting for the weekend and i wanted 2 things, a Cubano and a Cafe Con Leche and it did not disappoint! The food and coffee was soo good! I’ll definitely be back! Service was extremely fast as well!
