Absolutely delicious. Came here due to the other reviews and not disappointed. We had the deluxe shoyu ramen and deluxe tonkotsu ramen, the vegan ramen, the pork fried rice, and the handmade chicken gyoza (so good!). My father was wouldn’t stop saying things like “this [ramen] could wake up the dead” and “can we also eat the plate?”. Great service too!

The ramen noodle, broth, toppings like eggs, pork chashu were amazing. I got the one with black garlic oil. The fried chicken karaage were big, crispy and still juicy. Gyoza was amazing with the sauce. I got good service though, but they forgot my extra pork chashu. When it served, there were cold and hard to chew. The restaurant was small, cozy and cute. You can feel the authentic inside.

Now part of the Las Vegas Valley for over fifteen years Monta Japanese Noodle House can be considered the elder-statesman of Sin City Ramen, its location back near Raku undoubtedly part of its original recognition and lasting legacy even as dozens of similar spots have opened from Summerlin to Henderson.

Still serving four styles of broth made on-site daily, awards from 2011 quietly hanging near the door of a small space that remains consistently busy, an off-hours visit is encouraged for those who do not wish to wait for one of just twenty-one seats including three at the counter.

Nearly doubled in price from its earliest days, though still cheaper than the likes of Momofuku, Marufuku or Silver Lake, guests are first enticed by Appetizers ranging from Fried Chicken to Octopus Balls served on an Aebleskiver pan with dancing Bonito Flakes.

Not the sort of place rewarming Gyoza from a box, three fillings all offered at the same price and folded by hand before a trip to the pan, Noodles arrive in a large bowl either thin or medium-thick and appropriately springy with the Tonkotsu Broth not quite so complex as Ramen Boys on Jones but the Shoyu clean and assertive even before mixing in a big glob of Togarashi-infused Paste.

Vegas gem right here! The place is small but clean. The food is very reasonably priced and ramen came out quick. The food was absolutely delicious. The flavors are just wonderfully amazing. Love this place.
I wish the place was a bit bigger to accommodate many customers. They are always busy because they are sooo good. This was the best bowl of ramen that I have had since I was in Japan! The flavor was amazing the noodles were also really well made. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient and we felt constantly taken care of even though it was busy. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for great service and amazing ramen! 100% recommend!

Excellent ramen. Rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous toppings. The service was fast, the place was clean, and the portions were worth the price. One of the best ramen spots I’ve tried—highly recommend.

Everything we ordered was amazing. The sign was not kidding NOW INHALE!!! So good. The eating area was small only enough seating for approx. 20 plus they have an eating bar. They do need to upgrade their chopsticks for as good as the food is to INHALE you may get a sliver but it would be totally worth it!

Absolutely delicious. Noodles: al dente. Broth: rich. Service: excellent. It’s a small restaurant, so me and my boyfriend were seated at the bar. It feels a little cramped, but it gives Japanese ramen bar feel. I didn’t mind because the food was so good.

I ordered the deluxe shoyu. My boyfriend ordered the deluxe miso. I was happy with my order because I was in the mood for something light. It hit the spot. I liked the miso, but it was so rich and I didn’t like the addition of the butter. I would ask for without butter if I order the miso in the future.

Next time, I want to try the tsukamen!

I’ve had ramen before at other places and wasn’t a fan until my wife dragged me along to Monta. I’ve always had an expectation built up in my head and Monta went above that expectation. Ordered Tonkotsu as is(I usually hate mushrooms but these were great), fried rice and pork gyoza. All were excellent. Everyone was polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

Despite occasional fluctuations, this ramen establishment remains one of our preferred dining establishments. We enjoyed the mango shaved ice where the ice was imported from Japan. Had to try it!

Monta Ramen – My Favorite Place for Ramen!

Monta Ramen is hands down my go-to spot whenever I’m craving ramen. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with a vibe that makes you feel right at home. Even when the line gets long (which it often does because it’s so popular), the wait is worth it every single time.

The ramen here is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The broth is deep and savory, the noodles have just the right texture, and the toppings are fresh and generous. Whether it’s the tonkotsu, miso, or shoyu, every bowl feels crafted with care.

The staff is another reason I love this place—they’re friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure the experience is smooth and enjoyable. Service is quick, but never rushed, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

Prices are fair, portions are hearty, and the quality is consistently excellent. It’s the kind of restaurant that keeps you coming back, not just for the food but for the whole experience.

✅ Highlights:
– Cozy, welcoming atmosphere
– Rich, flavorful ramen with perfect noodles and toppings
– Friendly, attentive staff and quick service
– Fair prices and generous portions
– Always worth the wait

Final Word: Monta Ramen isn’t just a restaurant—it’s my favorite place to eat ramen in Las Vegas. Every visit feels like comfort in a bowl.
