Normally don’t do this but it’s the closest McDonald’s to us so we frequent it a lot for our kids. Out of the couple dozen times we’ve ordered for pick up at the mobile pickup spots and it takes longer to pre order food and wait 20 min for them to bring it out compared to just going through the drive through. They constantly miss special instructions like “plain hamburger” and forget to bring out happy meal apple juice, or the happy meal all together. I understand this is an entry level job but the leaders could push for prompter, more accurate service. Be better.

**EDIT** just came from here 10/04/2025 6:30pm, a kid with an afro was very rude, was staring at me with cold eyes, did not say one word made me feel super uncomfortable and then dropped the straw in my car and now it’s under my seat. My sister and my brother I have had bad experiences with the staff along with the woman manager. This is the only McDonald’s in Prescott Valley, staff your store better.
I got a coffee and there was a fly in it, I have pictures and videos. I brought the coffee back in and told them and a woman manager dumped it out and accused me of saying there was no fly in there and was telling me to show her proof of the video. Why would I lie about that? Anyways, one of the male servers in the morning is always very friendly!

10/25- WHOEVER was on shift tonight 10/10 very kind and made the BEST McFlurry ever. Took the time to layer the ice cream and Oreos perfectly. Like I have never left a review for a fast food chain ever but this was seriously the best McDonald order I have ever had. I hope this staff stays blessed. Thank you
Edit: 10/26- Came back for more today and we ordered 2 and they gave us 3! As Bob Ross always said “we don’t make mistakes, just happy little accidents” I mean how can it get better than this! They really outdone themselves. Best. McDonalds Location. Ever. Thanks again everyone. Stay safe

I ordered food for delivery. While attempting to eat my sandwich a 12 inch long hair came out if it. I attempted to call the manager and warn her of the food safety issue and she called me a liar.

Ordered for pick up and waited over 40 minutes for my food. They continued to tell me it would be ready soon. Said my ordered was completed and we still had to wait another 10 minutes until we got our food. Would not recommend this location. Not planning on coming back. Don’t come here unless you want to wait 45 minutes for overpriced breakfast.
