Me and my husband had an absolutely outstanding experience at IHOP yesterday, and it was all thanks to our server, Aiden.
From the moment we sat down, Aiden was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He didn’t just take our order — he made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. He checked in at all the right times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted.
What really stood out was his positive energy and professionalism. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to find service that feels this effortless, friendly, and on point all at once.
Because of Aiden, this wasn’t just a meal — it was a great experience. IHOP is lucky to have him, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of the service we received.

Hannah was a delight! She knew exactly what I wanted and provided excellent customer service. IHOP has become my favorite dining place, a lot had to do with their employees, not to mention the food is delicious. Perfect portions!

Our server was very friendly, pleasant and professional. She kept our drinks full, which is a huge plus! She checked on us regularly, but not so much it felt annoying.
The atmosphere was pleasant and clean with music at a good level to enjoy it and still be able to visit. The store was clean.
The only negative was that the omlette was dry. The menu said sauce on the omelette but it was dry cheese. We chose from the $7 menu and will probably not order from that again. The flavor was good though.
Nice visit. We will come back. The regular pancake breakfasts are really good!

I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to my server Ashlyn. She is absolutely amazing at her job! She was very friendly, outgoing, and welcoming from the start. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcome. Our food came out quickly and was delicious. She was very prompt with refills and anything else we needed. She even went out of her way to make sure our table had everything before we had to ask. Overall it was a great experience!

I had a great experience at ihop last weekend, i forget my servers name but it was some black haired kid, lots of piercings, kinda skeezy looking. We were served around 2:00 AM last Sunday. super great server, I mean he was cracking jokes and whatnot that had me and my girlfriend on the floor laughing! Definitely one of a kind! They don’t make servers like that anymore. We’ll definitely be back. 10/10 5 stars all around.
