We havent been to arbys in years , but were finally around the one in township and stopped in. They have a ton of options and sides, and were very happy with Xavier as our server. He was fast, fun, and everything was correct for our dine in, even with the drive thru being busy and a bunch of pick up orders for doordash or whichever app. We’ll make the time to go back, we forgot how good it was!

Ordered 2 double beef and cheddar meals, and buffalo sliders. The cheese tasted like fish. We brought both sandwiches up to the counter and got treated as if we were crazy. The guy behind the counter said ‘well I’ve been selling it all day so maybe…’ and he trailed off. Then as the guy was remaking the sandwiches without cheese he stared us down as if he was insulted. When he whipped and threw tharnew sandwiches on to the rack, he said well if they dont like it now its on them’ WHAT?!? We even almost begged the shift manager to taste the cheese and he just ignored us. At 30 dollars fir what should cost 20 tops, we deserve cheese that doesnt taste like fish, and we deserve it without an attitude. Avoid this Arbys if you have any self respect.

I’ve always had a great experience at this Arby’s. The food is consistently good, but what really makes it stand out is the personal service. The team always recognizes me when I come through the drive-through as “the tall military guy,” and that kind of friendly recognition means a lot. It shows they truly value their customers. Many of the staff have been here for a while, and their professionalism and friendliness shine every time. I really appreciate the great service from both the guys and the girls who make each visit enjoyable.

Made a doordash order and this location downgraded my large drinks to medium on top of getting the 1 drink wrong and the other cola taste like seltzer water. They also forgot all the fries to the 2 meals. Horrible enough as that I tried to call the location 5 times and no one picked up the phone. Will not be going back.

Mostly, I come to the drive-through and the services always good not a long wait but this time I wanted to eat inside which I do occasionally. I think the food here is always good and a good value and the customer service inside is very friendly and they’re always staffed to keep things moving. Everything was clean and there were plenty of spaces to sit and eat and relax. I like the fact that there’s no loud music or distractions. You can sit there and enjoy your meal and there’s plenty of parking and the restrooms are usually clean.

Ordered a 2 for $7 with the roast beef sandwich and chicken sandwich. My chicken sandwich had no chicken however… completely unacceptable. Also had a deal on the Arby’s app for free any size mozzarella stick so I asked for 6 but was given 4.

I love Arby’s but the past few months there practically robbing people! What is with the value meal sandwich sizes!? The dip and Swiss meal used to offer a half pound sandwich and a regular that was at least filling. Now they only have the regular on the menu and it’s pathetic. next to the roast beef slider my 8 year old got my sandwich looks like a kids meal and costs over $11. What is wrong with you Arby’s?
This is more of a rant then a review but this is ridiculous. My soda was flat and watered down as well. I’m sure this will be blamed on recession and food costs but it’s that’s a terrible excuse for serving such small sandwiches just add $2 to the meal like every other fast food restaurant did. How about showing actual size images of the food so people can see their combo meal sandwich is basically a long thin roast beef slider.
