The staff is generally friendly, and the food is exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s. I always order through the app, and my order is consistently ready when promised, which I really appreciate.
Cleanliness can be hit or miss, but even on the “miss” days it’s nothing major or off-putting. The only real downside is the parking lot — it can be a bit of a zoo, with people driving the wrong way or speeding through.
Overall, it’s a reliable location with solid app order execution and friendly service.

They will short change you.
The employee stated the change portion of my total was 60 cents. I asked him to repeat it since it wasn’t what I was expecting. Since there were no pennies needed in the total he told me I paid in whole dollars. He handed me my change and I drove to the second window, where I looked at the change and only noticed 35 cents in change, not 40. I informed the guy at the window they might want to teach the other employee how to count change. This employee started going on about how they don’t have pennies, blah,blah,blah (aka, we’re going to sort change everyone who doesn’t have exact change) ….. I told him the total the first employee had said it was was sixty even, and just reiterated before I left that they might want to teach him to count.

I went into the lobby to enjoy my meal, but I overheard a conversation between the manager and a lady about a worker here. The manager, Shawna, was incredibly dismissively and rude and had a horrible attitude. It completely ruined my experience to see her treat customers and employees so poorly

To Paegon and her roomate/friend to get on this internet to try to ruin people lives, relationships, and images for personal reasons are insane. If the claims that y’all are saying happened is true, why not go to the police. If the incident happened October 29, 2025, why are y’all just now saying something about it November 15, 2025. Not only did yall not get the police involve or made serious claims you decided to make a scene in McDonald’s lobby full of customers and make a fake page texting our managers significant others with lies messing up happy homes. I’m sorry but with a serious accusation like that don’t require you to be messy it requires you to go to the police and get the help you need. You are upset because Shawna is right whatever happens outside of Mcdonald’s Shawna cannot manage what happens in our homes and if you quit you do get paid minimum wage its law boo. If Paegon was getting harassed at work, she should’ve made those claims then. You get on here like these managers are heartless when that’s not the case. Shawna never laughed in that girl face, Shawna never said it was her fault, and when it was brought to our attentions Paegon never brought up those accusations. Now go play on somebody else internet and starting all this mess and drama when y’all should’ve went to the police in the first place.

Tried handing me an empty bag when I got my order it was wrong. When I asked to pay difference manager said he couldn’t ring me up he could only hand out orders in drive thru. After seeing the employees I’m happy I didn’t get the correct order or eat the incorrect one!

If there was a way to give zero stars boy would I. The manager Shauna is so rude and disrespectful. My 7 year old needed to use the bathroom and we had ordered a mobile order and at this location you had to have an employee let you in the bathroom and you have to be a customer. Not only did she cuss in front of my child but she was threatening and said we weren’t customers because we order for pick up thru the dt. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST. Food was cold and old, the store was disgusting and gross and if that’s how the manager speaks to customers I feel sorry for the employees
