Went here tonight for my birthday and our waitress was absolutely amazing along with all of the other waitresses and waiters that were so thoughtful by wishing me a happy birthday when they were walking by. Very good, quick service despite being so busy. I felt so welcomed!!!! Food tasted amazing.

Wanted to love it but didn’t have the best experience. We went on a Friday and knew it’d be busy so they said about a half hour and they sent a text to head in. I didn’t realize i had to go up again and let them know so we got passed up once or twice. Finally realized and was seated. I ordered steak sweet potato and fries. Steak had more fat in it than not, so I barely got any good pieces bc I hate fat, the fry had a hair/eyelash on it and I didn’t touch my potato bc I was irritated at that point. We finished the 4 rolls and were ordered another 4 so I’m not sure if there’s a cut off or unlimited but we’re not ordered more

We ordered online. There is a little bit of a snafu, and some of our order wasn’t recorded when we submitted it. The manager and the person over the curbside went out of their way to make it right and the food was fantastic. The service was stellar. I would eat here again

Took my girlfriend for her birthday, got to place at 7pm. Didn’t get food till 9pm.. ordered drinks took hour or more to get drinks.they Came all the ice melted,watered down. Every table was the same thing..2 hours to get your food.. took 35 mins just to get a water or for waiter to Evan come.. the prices went up , 86$ for 2 meals. Worst experience in my entire life at restaurant. Lol. When we were leaving ,it was like a party out back ,waiters,cooks all out side in back laughing,smoking, having good old time. While customers are inside waiting 2 hours for service. Place was a joke.. I never had this experience at Niles location. 108$ total for the worst service ever. We tipped 20$ shouldn’t Evan of gave anything.

Went for a date night that we never get and ended the night disappointed. We placed a call ahead for 7:30pm, arrived at 7:20. My husband gave the host our name and she told us it would be another 30 minutes, even with the call ahead, although everyone else waiting were walk ins according to the host. When my husband questioned her about the wait time she stomped off, came back after about 10 minutes and sat us, with an attitude. Our server was ok, but my husband’s drink didn’t get to him till about halfway through the dinner. The manager did stop by and offered to take off the appetizer off. The food was ok at best, my steak came out undercooked, which is an easy fix, no problem. My asparagus was such a small portion and so salty you could barely eat it. When I got my steak back, I was impressed, it had been cooked medium rare one part, medium (what I ordered) on one and well done on the last section…that takes talent. The best part, when we paid at the kiosk on the table and hit 20% for the tip, it did not equal 20% of the check total. $86.26 tip $19.95….we brought it up to the server and she was also shocked and didn’t know why. We didn’t care about the couple dollars, but wanted to know why. After looking at the check closer, the tip was based off the original amount without the appetizer taken off, not the amount shown. Now, we normally would tip based on the original amount anyway, but most don’t. That doesn’t seem right, it’s the customers choice to decide if they want to factor items taken off the check into their tip, not the restaurants. I was a server for 10+ years and I’ve never seen this practice.

We added our names to the wait-list. With the time given for our wait, we should have been waiting no more than 5 minutes once we arrived. We still wait d 30 min nutes. The frustrating part was we could see that there were open tables. The first table that they seated us at felt small and in the center of the room. We asked if we could have another table, as there were several. The hostess said she’d have to check. She came back and moved us. So, it really took us approximately 45 minutes to get a seat. That’s over an hour from the time of being added to the wait-list. I ordered a martini style drink. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. Our blooming onion was small and looked burned. We requested more ranch dressing and never received it. It’s as if they either don’t have enough staff or the staff is just slow and doesn’t remember requests.

I frequent here OFTEN ! I chose the wait ahead option online for Valentine’s Day and had a time of 2:30pm . The heavy set hostess with black curly hair and braces was EXTREMELY rude ! I went in twice to be told 10 mins a third time to hear 10 more minutes. After waiting 40 mins past the set time and watching everyone else be seated and greeted I asked what was the hold up and she stated the wait list had gotten longer. I mentioned getting on the wait list at 10:20 am I used the term reservation and she went on to rudely correct me about the restaurant not having any instead of trying to accommodate. She then cancelled me in entirety off the list. I will not patronize again.

If you are hungry for a steak, this is the place. They are definitely a seasoned steak packed with flavor & great options for topping your steak. Love the coconut shrimp & their Mac n cheese. They cook the steaks to your choice of perfection; whether medium rare or well done. They do it right. Can’t forget the yummy brown bread that’s brought warm to the table. It’s a beautiful restaurant on the inside as well; love the western decor.

Went to the Boardman Outback last night for dinner with a friend. I had not been there for several months and went specifically for the prime rib. I was told by the server that prime rib is not available anymore except on the weekends. Very disappointing! We ordered the Trio Appetizer and it was very disappointing. The onion petals were long strings of onions all breading, the mozzarella sticks tasted like a blended cheese and the bacon cheddar fries had very little cheese and a tiny sprinkle of bacon bits. I ended up ordering the ribs, another mistake. They were mostly bone, sauce had no flavor. I ordered the sweet potato for a side. When the plate came it had 2 little brown flat things on the plate about the size of a large egg. I was informed by the server that the sweet potatoes were very small so the gave me 2. These 2 would not have equalled half of a normal sweet potato. I have a feeling that since I was last there that they have a new manager because I never had this experience in the past. I would think that with Texas Roadhouse across the street who serves prime rib 7 days a week, and would never have served those sweet potatoes that Outback would up their game. It will be a very long time, if ever before I go back to Outback,. especially with Texas Roadhouse across the street and Longhorn up the road.
