We had to have one final family dinner for the ending of 2025. Believe it or not it took my family and I a bit to agree to a place to go. We actually canceled 2 reservations before we chose Outback. We were literally on our way to another restaurant when we passed Outback and we all looked like “What about Outback?!” I called and a young lady answered and of course with it being New Years Eve my first question was “What time are you open until?” Follow up was “Is there a wait?” The young lady said they were open til 9pm and there was no wait. I canceled the 2nd reservation and we popped a U-Turn. When you walked it you definitely still felt the seasonal vibe so it was super cute.
Got it and we were automatically seated. We had the pleasure of being served by Vinicio. He was lovely and sooo attentive to everyone at the table. Their Old Fashioned was pretty good, a little sweet at the end, so if you order it make sure to stir it. All the sweetness sticks to the bottom of the glass. All the drinks we ordered were really good. My brother got the Watermelon Paloma and my mom got one of their Margaritas and it was soo good. I had to taste for Quality Control
When it came to our food, I know Ive never been disappointed by the food which is why my whole family pretty much agreed to come here. You ALWAYS have to have the warm delicious bread with the butter My mom and I are bread heads lol so we always have to make sure to leave enough for the other. The rest of my fam ate the Aussie Cheese Fries as an appetizer and one thing I didnt remember was the cup of ranch they give you on the side, so bomb!! Now my entree, I was soooo excited for the Toowamba Salmon, my dad and I both got it. He said the shrimp was a little spicy for him, but it was perfect for me.
My mom got a shrimp and steak pasta, he was disappointed when it came to the steak pieces. She said it looked better on the menu and she didnt get a lot of steak in it. My brother got a 13pz ribeye with a baked potato on the side. It took a while for him to get his 2nd side. He asked for broccoli and initially when they brought him his plate it wasnt there. So we did have to ask to make sure he received it.
Overall, I would definitely go back. Vinicio’s service was top-tier all around, and other than the one hiccup when it came to my brother’s plate, it was an amazing dinner experience, especially for New Years Eve!

Went here for a quick dinner on Christmas Eve and the food was good. Service was very fast and it was very very busy.
We got complimentary bread for the table and it was okay. The burger I got was okay, nothing special, not salty enough. We also got a pasta with steak and shrimp, that was pretty good too.

Itself the manager so sweet since we came in seemed like a team player for her staff, very approachable! And where do I begin the food amazing but that does not compare to the service we got from Vinicio was unforgettable he was so sweet from being on top of everything to having a good attitude and very considerate, the food could be amazing. But if it’s not followed with good service, then it doesn’t bring people back. I would come back just for the staff alone.

My girlfriend and I choose to come here because we were craving steak and mashed potatoes. We have not come in a long time so it was great to see the service and the food is still good! Our server Vinicio was attentive and very nice! He was able to give us great recommendations for the appetizer and drinks, as well as get us our food in a timely matter. Vinicio definitely made us coming out to Outback steakhouse much more enjoyable and we will come back soon!

Great service got seated right away Sunday at lunch. Prices have are about $25 -$45 a plate but it comes with a lot of food! The blooming onion is always delicious. Service was great and they gave us a nice table!

Walked in for a quick dinner with my husband and Anthony was our server tonight. Very attentive and knowledgeable . I enjoyed his personality, and he talk well care of us. Food was amazing tonight . Steaks cooked perfectly and drinks were kept refilled .

I’ve dined at the Poway Outback location numerous times. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, the food is served exactly as ordered, and everything is delicious. My favorites are the Chimichurri Filet, the Toowoomba Salmon, and the Coconut Shrimp. Thanks Poway crew for an always wonderful dining experience!

Great food and great service! Their bread that they serve at the beginning (free of charge) is really good. It’s very similar to the Cheesecake Factory’s bread. The chicken and fries are cooked great and the drinks are also unique. Good amount of parking outside and plenty of seating inside.
