Both pizza’s were burnt. All 3 orders of breadsticks were burnt. Ordered light sauce on both pizzas and there was so much sauce the cheese and toppings were coming off. Family wouldn’t eat either pizza or the 3 orders of breadsticks. Waste of money.

Ordered online, and was going to pick up my slice of the pizza, noticed a fly cooked on top and into the pizza. Called for a resolution on, was told I’d only get a $20 coupon sent back to my account after getting 2 pizzas that have for more than $20. I was told “we can’t control everything”, but you could control how you make things right with the customer/consumer.

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, disgusting, unsanitary, and most of all, horrible customer service from a business before in my life. Today I ordered a pizza for delivery at 3:25pm. Delivery time was expected to be about 25-30 minutes. Perfect. Waited till about 4:10 pm to start wondering where my order was. I’m a very understanding person. I know that working in the food service is hard and there could be delays, so I waited patiently. It was about 4:27pm when I decided to look outside to see if the driver had been lost because I live in an apartment. When I got outside, I noticed my order on the ground. First, I was NOT notified that my order was delivered. No knock, no phone calls, no notification via Pizza Hut app, nothing. Then my order was just left on the floor covered in ants and other insects. At that point, I was very upset. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. His name was Enok. I don’t understand how someone can be given the title of manager if they aren’t willing to be sympathetic to their customers. There was no offer of a refund, no offer of remake, no apology. The only offer made was that he’d send a driver “with a trash bag to pick up the pizza covered in ants and dispose of it”. I asked for a corporate number but I was told “we don’t have a corporate number”. This is a very unprofessional way to treat your customers. Do better. This definitely was a disappointment.

The pizza is always burn and a tiny amount of marinara for so many breadsticks. If you’re someone who doesn’t use DoorDash for whatever reason, know that this pizza hut location does use DoorDash drivers.

My order was ready when promised, made to order, hot and fresh, and delicious! The young man whom brought it out to me was friendly and efficient, and followed my instructions.

Always a big disappointment. I try pizza hut and everytime comes out disgusting breaded wings are like rocks, pizza over cooked and definitely not the impression of crust being offered in the app. Pizza Hut the company should look to hire employees that take pride in doing their job, and actually provide quality food. That’s the problem these days kids don’t care how the food they cook for their work comes out they only care about the pay check that’s what’s wrong. I recall working for food places loving my job making quality food and providing quality service but this generation has killed that breed.

So I’m in Bermanillo NM and local spots all politics 4 delivery 1/2 mile like they gourmet standard. Thick pizza n then chinese joint was on slushie tho. Pizza hut kept it tall got da chili delivered me a topic wing set Buffalo hot n 3 chili sauced 12 set. Oh they didn’t disappoint. You need that on deck call pizza hut at this location. Tell da driver Hit em wit it!!!
