If I could give it a 0 stars I would. I don’t know how it could be worse to mess up a simple order. Got a number 12 combo that’s a chicken burrito, taco, and chips with cheese, charged me the amount for it and proceeded to give me a bag with 1 plain taco. Like my taco isn’t even chicken! Are you kidding me????? Shut it down or hire people with actual working brains.
Prior to getting my food, I had to wait about 20 minutes in line for God knows. There were about 3 cars ahead of me so I can’t imagine it was extremely busy to a point where they were messing up orders.

ordered via doordash and when i say this food was disgusting…every single item was either incorrect or the contents were spilling out. the beans were old and presentation was the worst i have ever seen. my bag was not sealed, and i had no drink. the items were so soggy that they were stuck to the paper.

If I could give less stars I would. I’m an Uber driver delivery and I can tell you this Taco Bell KFC is a complete joke and the most unprofessional fast food location I have see. 95% of the times we pick up here they never have the order ready, it’s been picked up by another driver, they can’t make the order (simply because they don’t have products) or they close at whatever time they feel like. I have been here at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, 12am on different days and they just close. I would recommend to NEVER to place an order through Uber Eats or Doorsash as you are risking the order not be completeed. Also…almost never they have KFC and many times I hear the employee say they only have tacos or burritos. Seriously?

This might be one of the worst experiences I’ve had, I don’t do reviews that much but I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I’m not a Karen but was about to be because of how we were treated. Before ordering I watched them throw a whole bag on the table to the drive thru. I didn’t say anything and ordered what I always get which is #8 supreme. My bf does not like tomatoes and got one with no tomatoes and extra sour cream. We got four regular Doritos tacos. I said that’s irritating but he asked them nicely to be remade because they weren’t supreme and had no tomatoes or sour cream. They brought us back the same exact tacos in a new bag and said “those are supreme” the food was cold, the workers and manager were rude and i chose to just walk out and not make a scene. I genuinely felt so disappointed in Taco Bell. Going to a different one right now. I have worked in food service before. I understand but there’s no excuse for that this location needs help.

The worker was extremely rude and showed he didnt care about anything. They didn’t have most KFC items despite still being open for a few more hours. The taco bell tasted nasty and the bag had a whole in the bottom when given to us so cinnamon got everywhere. Terrible experience.

this location needs to be shut down, i’ve been going to this location for a few years since it’s very close to me and ive never had a good experience, the employees are constantly rude throughout the years, they lock random doors, and randomly close the drive thru whenever they feel like it. i love taco bell and this location is miserable, i don’t understand why work fast food if you can’t ever maintain a good attitude, I’m only here because I’m picking up an order for my friends and they are just sitting around.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to by far. I first went to this location about 3 months ago. Waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. The girl was extremely rude at the ordering box and at the window. After paying they asked I pull around to the main door and they’d bring the food out. I waited another 10-15 minutes. The worst part about this was there was only 1 car infront of me and the restaurant itself was empty.

I was hesitant to go back to this place but I wanted something quick and easy.
Exactly the same experience minus the girl with the attitude.
Sat at the ordering box for almost 10 minutes before anyone said anything.
Ordered, paid and again I was asked to pull around. Keep in mind, I sat at that box with no one infront of me to hold them up.
This place is an absolute disaster. Poor efficiency, poor service and obviously poor management.
Do not go to this location.

Terrible experience here. The woman working could not have been any more rude and incompetent. I ordered 3 things and she told me o couldn’t get a Gordita crunch with a taco shell (which I’ve gotten every time I go to Taco Bell and is what’s on the menu ). She also then only rang up the Gordita crunch after I ordered 3 other items. Then was rude when I told her it was wrong and that I ordered 2 other things. Then she made me repeat myself 3 times and with such an attitude. I heard her talking to the people who ordered after me and made it just as confusing and difficult for them. Then called my name 5 minutes before my food was ready. Will seriously never be back what a rude and unenjoyable worker I hope nobody else experiences her. If I could give 0 stars I would.
