⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Unprofessional Experience Corporate Needs to Be Notified
This location is completely unacceptable. I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment or response. I finally had to say “hello” through the intercom just to get a reply, and when someone finally responded, they said, “We’ll be right with you” yet no one ever came back.
There were no cars in line or at the window, so it was clear they were simply choosing not to respond. The level of disregard for customers is ridiculous. It felt unprofessional, careless, and honestly, concerning from a food-service standpoint.
It’s disappointing to see this kind of behavior representing the McDonald’s brand. I’ll be contacting corporate to report this incident management at this location clearly needs to be retrained or replaced.
Do not recommend visiting this McDonald’s. Poor service, lack of communication, and zero accountability.

Very convenient on our way to the beach right next to 95 and the hotels. Plus it’s connected to a gas station truck stop. So not only can you get you something to eat? You can pick up anything else you might need

I prefer the 5 dollar meal deal in vero beach and now at this one they said it has to be on app. The sign didn’t say that. This is the slowest one by far. I went thru at 7 am and I waited 10 min. Not fast food at all…. never will I be back!

We do not eat fast food often, BUT, we did today! We ate in the store, manager Shannon, was amazing! Super friendly, kind, and professional. Very clean inside and well kept! Shes definitely got her crew on point, everyone was kind, happy, and no attitudes whatsoever… vibes were vibing! Food was actually fresh fresh! We have kids, so weve been to some McDonald’s, but this is by far the BEST one (didnt get pics of the actual meal we ordered, but the photo featured is of my husbands after meal snack wrap)

Placed a DoorDash order at 6:06 AM. I was excited to see that monopoly was back when I placed the order. Got my order in the sealed bag, opened it to find all of the monopoly stickers peeled off. Stickers taken off both of my hash browns, sausage McMuffin, & my iced coffee. I know the dasher couldn’t have done it based on how the bag was sealed. Fire the employee responsible for it, they deserve to be let go with weird behavior like that.

I stopped here 3 times for breakfast. 3 times they forgot a part of my order. I ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes. First let me say that the workers here have zero customer service skills. As a matter of fact, most places I go, the employees are horrendous at customer service. Some even on their phones talking while you are in front of them. So back to this place. The first time they forgot jelly that I asked for, the second time they forgot syrup and utensils. This third time they forgot the butter. So I went back in to ask for some. Now the woman already had an attitude when I placed my order and paid. No surprise there. So when I asked for the butter packets, she brings me this concoction of grease and who knows what and says that she had the butters out to be put in the bag but they didn’t put it in there. OK, so why not just hand me the butter packets. This doesn’t look like butter, but some kind of grease mixed with who knows what. Needless to say, I threw it away and did not use it. Stay away from this place in particular.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I waited 45 minutes in curbside pickup. I went inside twice to ask about my order, and both times I was told to keep waiting. I had to ask to speak with the manager, and only after discussing the situation was I informed that the drink I ordered was not available. It was a complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing.

I have lived behind this restaurant for 2 mo. @ At home Inn. They have a light in the parking lot that shines in my window day and night. This light is constantly flashing worse than a strobe light. Do they do anything about it NO! AFFTER REPEATED attempts by informing them its still flashes. It’s my understanding that several people have complained to McDonald’s in regards to this light YET IN 2 MO NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE..

Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had.
We walked in trying to order a coffee, only to be told the espresso machine was down and they couldn’t make any coffee drinks. Fine. I ended up ordering 4 snack wraps, a fry, and a soda instead.
After paying, they handed me a soda cup and then informed me that half the soda fountain was down. There were literally only three options (Sprite, punch, and Fanta) and no ice. Not exactly something you find out after you’ve already paid.
Then came the food. I was handed a bag with a half-empty container of fries and the wraps. When I pointed out the fries, they told me it would be a 10-minute wait for more — while I was staring at a full bin of fries behind the counter. At that point, I just took the food to go.
Once I got a chance to actually look at the order, it somehow got worse. One of the snack wraps didn’t even have a chicken tender in it (which is honestly impressive), and two of the others were missing lettuce entirely.
The quality of both the food and the service was unbelievably bad. Messing up every single item in an order honestly takes a special kind of skill. I won’t be back to this location.
