The employees here suck! 100% the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Over 20 minutes for a burger and fries?! Glad I was on the clock. Customers standing around waiting for orders forever. One lady had been waiting since 5:30. It’s was 6:30. Smh. My fries were cold, asked for hot ones, and got attitude. Garbage all over the bins. This place is a shining example of why people are staying away from ‘fast’ food. Stay far, far away.

The drive through lady was super friendly. I wanted to know how much the new crispy Chicken strips were and she told me without an attitude which was pleasant. I Ended up getting chicken nuggets. And I asked for it to be fresh. Only had to wait a few minutes.
And everything tastes really good. I also tried their new creamy chili sauce.

Autumn the shift manager was disorganized, disingenuous, and disrespectful. Made me and my friend wait 25 minutes for our food because she was having a “rough day.”

I work down the road this is a very busy store drive threw is always got a line but quick to get you in and out food got a 2 till McDonald’s releases what it is they are feeding us Burger to people no way there isn’t other by products in it I never eat in I’m a 80s kid so I don’t eat in anymore hardly see kids play places any more no more Ronald kids birthdays parties the kids attraction of is is gone I have a child and she don’t even like the kids meals anymore sad to see the corporate America has done to this once great company

I’ve been to this McDonald’s three times in a single week—all for one thing: a simple frappe. You’d think I was asking for a unicorn dipped in caramel the way this place acts. Every visit, same story: “Ice cream machine’s down.” At this point, I think the machine’s not broken—it’s in witness protection.
I’m convinced they wheel it out once a year for inspection, then tuck it back in like it’s the crown jewels. Management should just rename the drink menu “Things We Used to Have.” I’d have better luck finding Atlantis than getting a frappe here.

Zero customer service. From someone who has been in customer svc most of his life, the cust now does everything. It took 7 – 10 minutes to receive a big Mac. Should have been about four compared to when we cooked them on a grill. Precooked meat and slower service. The best part of my visit was J.J. , a woman that works there. She greeted me in the dining area when I walked in. Then we had a nice conversation while I waited for the sandwich. Very pleasant lady.

Staff did not know how to ring up special offered through the text message. When manager arrived he gave one order at the special offer and double charged on other bill. The chicken nuggets were hard almost unidentifiable as chicken
