Ordered takeover. The salad had no dressing. The wedges did not include the side of hatch queso that I added. The wings did not come with the carrots, celery or blue cheese. Went back to the establishment to get the missing sides. Did not receive the hatch queso. 0 for 2. Will not return to this location.

I placed an order for pick up at 5:56 Pm and they stated it should be ready at 6:30pm. I arrived at the location for pick up and still had to sit for 20 mins. I live less than 3 mins away. The wings were not fresh and they were cold! Terrible!

We had a large group attending for a fundraiser and the servers were excellent plus the food was delicious. The GM hungout to make sure everyone was well taken care of. He’s awesome!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 35-minute wait, which we agreed to. The table was ready right on time, so no issue there. The problems started once we were seated.
Our server, Megan, greeted us and immediately told us there would be a 35–40 minute wait for food. We decided to stay anyway. After waiting all that time, the food finally came out cold, and multiple items were missing from our order.
When we told Megan we were missing items, her response was, “Oh, I was just letting the food cook and was going to bring it out.” That would’ve been fine if she actually communicated that, but she didn’t say anything until after we asked.
At that point, I asked for leadership. The manager — a gentleman around his 30s, possibly Hispanic — came over, apologized, and assured us he would correct the order and replace the cold items. I appreciated that… until nothing actually improved.
After he left the table, we waited another 20–30 minutes just to get the corrected items. At this point, between the wait to be seated, the wait for food, the cold dishes, the missing items, and the lack of communication from our server, the whole experience was beyond frustrating.
For a place built around quick, casual dining, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I wouldn’t be writing this if it were a one-off inconvenience — but this was poor execution at every step.

Ordered Pick6 – 2 cheeseburgers, wedge fries. Waited 45 minutes. 1 cheeseburger had a slice of tomato and cheese the other had just cheese. One had fries one had wedges. We sent one back and ate one. After another half hour the other came out and still missing one item but ate it anyway since we were hungry and didn’t want to spend the night there waiting. No silverware or napkins. Asked for manager a couple times. Server said they would comp the one meal which should have been $10 off but Nooooo the bill showed one cheeseburger with an upcharge for wedge fries. Hunted down the manager and told we are paying only $10. He looked like he was stoned and could only nod. We were there from 2pm to 345. Now we eat at BWW probably once a week but never this location and definitely never going back and advise others to do the same. We saw servers carrying other customers orders back to the kitchen as well. And they weren’t busy. Don’t go here – St Clair Shores 9 Mile and Harper.

Ordered a delivery through the website, it never stated it was doordash until after it was placed. Didn’t receive my 3 drinks so I called the driver and he lied said they don’t make drinks. Called the restaurant for 20 minutes, I could hear them picking up the phone and hanging up on me. When I finally got ahold of them, lady on the phone also lied and said the delivery driver has my drinks. They wouldn’t give me a refund or store credit because “it’s doordash responsibility now” but it was placed through their website so I had no way of contacting doordash with a problem because it wasn’t connected to an account, the app or anything. Oh and I wouldn’t have even mentioned it but my food was cold, it’s in the air fryer as I type this.

I swore off this place a few years back. Within the last year I decided to give it another chance. I’ve now been going at least a couple times a month for lunch and have never had a bad experience. I’ve sat at the bar alone and have also sat at tables with others. Everything has come out hot, fast, and fresh during those visits. I will say that I’ve never been on a Friday or Saturday for the dinner rush so take that for what it’s worth.

I ordered online I spent 70 dollars on ice cold food they told me my order would be ready at 630 it wasn’t I had to wait another 40 mins for my ice cold food. A bunch of kids running a restaurant bad customer service. It 10 ppl waiting for food no one said anything us. But I got my ice cold food and old fries i will not be back.

Not going to lie this is my second time here with my daughter and both times we’re not not good. The sever is terrible, we was there for about an hour in a half and she only came 1 time and I had to ask her for her to come over. And the food took so long I ask if they could cancel I don’t think I would come back especially in the evening.

DO NOT GO HERE! waited 40 mins for two beers before the waitress told us they were out. 15 more minutes to bring another. Food order had been put in since we ordered our drinks. nothing. service awful and when we asked the manager for the check and to cancel the food he looked like he was about to cry. very cold service from the waitress. AND both beers tasted awful?? i’m currently drinking a corona at a different bar and it doesn’t taste like the crap they served us. tried to be understanding but this is just awful awful service. don’t waste time or money.
