The waitress was superb. Service was excellent. Food just isn’t as good Chili’s. But still good. The Big Chicken Sandwich was soft but dry. Bun seemed old for a brioche. Fries were endless and I put that to the test. Free ranch where Chili’s charges you for each small very small side. When Applebee’s were given and huge ramekins. Burger was not as thick as Chili’s Smasher burger but the Bacon made up for that. My only complaint would be I asked for no cheese or substitute for cheddar. I received American. Which I hate on burgers. Too salty mucus texture. Waitress overhead me and asked I I wanted it fix. As a retired chef I knew how it would go. They would spray it with water to steam off the cheese and cook it again yo melt the new cheese and really over cook the already over cooked patty. Deep fryer needs to be changed soon too. Lastly, they gave me a real Shirley Temple with a cherry where Chili’s just adds grenadine. Enjoy!

The waiting area was crowded and hot. Walk ways to tables were narrow due to high chairs for babies.. Hard for people to navigate to walk thru. Took more then average time to receive beverage and food. However the food was good and people were nice. Would have given 4 stars but it was just ok in the end.

I’m giving this rating because of a very poor experience with the bartender, Juan. The drink he made was terrible—filled to the top with ice and barely any alcohol. I specifically asked for watermelon flavor to be added, and it was completely missing. When I brought it up, the server said the drink would be remade. Instead, Juan just poured the drink I had already sipped from back into the shaker and added flavoring. That’s lazy and unsanitary—he should have made a fresh drink.
I also asked for less ice, and what I received was a half-full cup. It seems clear he either doesn’t care or doesn’t want to be there.
Then there’s Diego. When he overheard I was unhappy, he inserted himself into the situation and got defensive. He’s a server—not the bartender—and should’ve stayed out of it. On top of that, when he handed me the tablet to review my receipt, he snatched it back before I even had a chance to respond. Totally unprofessional.
If I had taken a picture of Diego’s behavior, it would’ve spoken for itself.
The only positive part of the experience was the cook, who kindly remade my wonton tacos and made sure the shells were fried harder, just as I asked. Thank you—you were the only one worth tipping.
Thank you also to the manager for removing the drink from the bill. I’m sorry that the rest of the staff is substandard—you deserve a stronger team. A bartender who can’t make decent drinks, a server who doesn’t know the menu, and busboys who hang out instead of working are all major red flags.

Hi there! Service was good, waitress was patient and very polite. Though my food was a little bit shocking. I’ll keep it short, i ordered an 8pz sirloin as an med rare and friend ordered the same as well. though when received, definitely didn’t look like a medium rare. Doubled check with our waitress if i indeed ordered as a medium rare. they said yes. Let me know what you guys think. 🙂

I came here to kill some time while I waited for someone around 8pm. I was able to be seated right away. It was very busy , so my waitress came quickly, introduced herself and had to whisk away to another table. No bother. Gave me time to check out the menu. She came back after a bit, took my order and quickly brought my drink out (water with lemon). I ordered the sampler that you can pick 3 and 3 sauces.(I apologize i dont remember the actual name for the order). While my food came out in a decent time, my riblets and boneless buffalo wings were cool. Now, I didnt mind but there may be quite a few of you out there who want their food warmer 🙂 All in all , my experience was quite good. Quick service, attentive employees and they were very nice about me taking my time with my food and drink while I waited for my person.

Haven’t been here for awhile decided to come in for Valentine Day with my husband. Was a little bomb out because they were out of the one thing a came here for which is the wonton taco. But overall we had a great time. Thumbs up to our server Isazah. He was on point on our order and made sure we had everything we needed by checking up, not haven’t us trying to wave him down. Do recommend.

It’s the kind of place where no matter how you order your steak, it comes well done. When ordering and the waiter ask and you say “Rare!” Then when you get it and cut into it, its well done all the way through and you’re so let down that when the waiter comes back and asks how everything is, you just say it’s fine, because when you cut into that sad, gray piece of meat you realized how pointless it all is, and you know asking them to remake it will just mean you have to wait longer for the same inevitable result, so you just meagerly smile and say “fine” and remind yourself that for the money, it’s still better than McDonalds.
But thats Applebees. The waitstaff is friendly though!

Came here with my husband for lunch. We haven’t been here since 2017. Everything seems the same. Servers always checking in. Food didn’t take long and portions were pretty big. Checking out was the simplest as you can pay with the tablet on the table.
