This Mcdonalds need more trained staff. I stop to oreder here cause they seem not busy but i guess i was wrong. I order a Grinch happy meal for the box as my child was excited to get the box. The pictures speak for itself. No box and no fries. Not coming back again. Also the frappe was a dissappointment

They were friendly enough until I told them they messed up my order. I went through the drive through and I came back around again and told them they added egg to my order. So he asked if I wanted to buy a new one. I explained that I didn’t and I just wanted a new one without egg. I never heard back from him.
Someone else came on the line. They got me a new one and told me to check it before I left this time. I did that last time but okay, no big deal. Well this time they forgot the cheese I paid extra for.
I asked if I was charged extra for the egg and instead of answering the question, the lady said they were just confused in the back.
Not a single person apologized or acted like they cared. I was treated like an inconvenience.
As a previous manager of fast food, I was really displeased with how I was treated. It’s okay to make mistakes. I was never upset. I just wanted to feel like someone cared and wasn’t going to spit in my food. I was even okay being overcharged without a refund. I’m not okay with the lack of customer service.

This location was doing so well until tonight. I asked the service worker in the drive through about the cost of a six piece nugget meal. As she was rushing me with my order saying, “Anything else? Anything else?” I had to pause her again and ask how much it was going to cost. She said the meal was $7.76. I dismissed her attitude and decided to stay in line to pay for the food. Once I arrive at the drive-through window, she tells me that my was was something close to $9.00. I told her that she didn’t state that when I placed my order. She stated, “$7.76 plus the tax is your total”. I repeated, “You didn’t state that. You should’ve told me my actual total.” I drove off after seeing her realize the idiotic words she said through the speaker. I’ve never met someone who would want to rage bait over the cost of a meal. If you are that unhappy about your job, please find somewhere else to work. This location has turned itself around after the past couple of years, and she is turning it right back to what it use to be. What type of worker doesn’t give the customer their total after tax? I don’t care if you just work at McDonald’s and are 22 years or younger, please have common sense. This is regarded towards the young black lady with the old feed-in stitch braids. Please do better and have class and integrity no matter what job you are at.

This location is under new management in 2025. They have made some excellent operating improvements. The staff are friendly and service is up to par. However. If it’s raining outside, Don’t use thier drive thru. You WILL get soaking wet. The building overhang drives water at the precise distance your car is from the building. There are no gutters or canopy. Edit: The Second issue has been addressed. The drink automation was configured here for max ice. It seems to have been corrected as I get proper ice now for my Coke Zero. Thank you for listening to the customer concerns.

This location is horrible i had to ask for my frys to be replaced 3 times 1st they were cold so when i pulled around the girl working with red hair wouldn’t come to the window and avoided it intentionally after the girl in back window told her on headset we were pulling up for hot frys. So the red headed girl decided to put the cold frys back in the grease and hand them to us again so then i go inside to watch her and make sure they were dropped fresh and she gets a whole attitude walks around corner talking about how i wanted fresh frys among other employees surly she wasnt the manager in charge if so thats a mistake CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FIRST IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR POSITION THEN FIND ANOTHER BUT IM NOT PAYING 15.00 ON FRYS THAT ARE COLD/ RE DROPPED I DONT CARE. horrible customer service.

DONT COME TO THIS ONE…. It’s literally the worst… everytime single time we come we’re waiting at-least 25- 30 mins for our order or asked to park and wait. The last time I came they said they were all out of drinks & they only had water lol.. literally never even heard of anything like that at a McDonald’s.This time I came they didn’t have an item I purchased with my mobile order and wanted me to pay extra to replace it with something else… poor customer service, poor management, poor representation of the McDonald’s brand.

The service at this location is horrible. One person working there that is particularly rude. This morning when I visited their location, they had a huge sign advertising a special value meal, but then refused to honor the price telling me that it was no longer available at that price, even though they had a huge sign posting the price. I will not be visiting there again, obviously with a 2.5 star rating I’m not alone in my feelings about this location. There are so many other places to eat in our neighborhood. Hopefully they find their way out of ours completely. The reviews are all bad. The owner should get a grip on their business soon.

The sweet tea is too sweet. This is an update on my experience with this store. The interior has been renovated. The food was very good. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was prepared perfectly. The sandwich was not dry at all. Five Star this time Round due to the wonderful service I received and the Sweet Tea was normal and not overly sweet.
