Outstanding and fantastic mix of Mediterranean Fusion food…. Excellent…

Tikka Kabab is under new management (about a month in), and the transformation is impressive. The menu is bringing a fresh Mediterranean fusion approach that blends Middle Eastern comfort with bold South Asian spice—and many of these updated dishes aren’t listed online yet, so you’ll want to come in and see the menu in person.

From the first bite, it’s clear the kitchen is focused on flavor and balance. The biryani is outstanding—aromatic basmati rice layered with warm Mediterranean spices and tender, well-seasoned meat. The lentil soup is rich, hearty, and comforting, and the sides shine too: crisp fresh salad, smooth and flavorful hummus, and perfectly flaky baklava to finish on a sweet note.

Portions are generous, ingredients taste fresh, and the service is genuinely friendly and welcoming. You can feel the pride and care behind the food, and the new direction gives the restaurant a renewed energy that really shows.

If you’ve been here before, it’s absolutely worth a return visit. If you haven’t, now is the time. Tikka Kabab’s new Mediterranean fusion menu earns a well-deserved 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐—

My photos are from my to go orders… I dug in to my food as soon as it got to the table! The basmati rice was so flavourful as well as the hummus. I had the tikka kabab mix plate shared it and still took half home. Well enough for 2 people to share. My favorite was the chicken kabab but I still got the chicken tikka to go for the kids because it seems to be the go to standard dish. My bf said the gyro was delicious and filled to the brim! We also had fried okra and zucchini served with tzatziki sauce. Love love love the flavors and friendly service. Will be back.

Great food, and friendly service. This was a gem I am happy I came across. I had the goat biryani and it was absolutely delicious, see the photos! You know it was good because we basically cleaned all of our plates, there was not a single crumb of rice left!

We recently traveled to Tulsa and stumbled upon Tikka Kabab, a cozy spot that proudly highlights its halal credentials right on the door. It was reassuring to see their certifications displayed inside, and that set a welcoming tone right from the start.

We were greeted by Nadeem, who was incredibly kind and attentive. The menu had a nice variety, and we ended up ordering tacos, some tikka kabab, and a steak. The food overall was quite enjoyable. One standout was their fries—made fresh in-house rather than being the frozen kind, which really made a difference in taste.

The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, and we definitely left with a good impression. Just a tip: if you’re not into spicy food, be sure to let them know so they can adjust the spice level for you.

Overall, Tikka Kabab gets a thumbs up from us for the good food, friendly service, and a nice halal dining option in Tulsa.

This place is stellar. I couldn’t make a decision so I got the mixed grill and it did not disappoint. Everything is made fresh to order yet still came out quickly. The owner even shared the WiFi password so I could work here while I waited for my next meeting.

Tikka Kabab exceeded every expectation. We were greeted personally by the owner and staff, which made for a great start.
The food was standout. Between the Kabsa, Goat Biryani, and the mixed Kabab platter, everything was bursting with fresh flavors and plated beautifully. The Samosas, fries, hummus, and tabouleh were all spot on.
The staff truly made the evening; they were professional, welcoming, and timed everything perfectly. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of top-tier cuisine and genuine hospitality.

The restaurant is quiet and comfortable, and you feel like you’re sitting at home eating homemade food. I understood why when I found out that the chef is a woman that’s why the food is amazing and delicious.

The staff were great, and they gave me a new dish to try. It was spicy and tasty.

I will definitely visit them regularly, and I wish them success.
All the food is 100% Halal. May Allah bless them.

New owner was very pleasant until he tried to tell me every plate on the menu was $30 except 2 items I looked up at the menu $15.99 and $17.99 Mediterranean plates, I specifically asked for a chicken tikka which is under that category. Dishonest try’s to over charge. Can’t choose your own side anymore “there fixed” not even what I wanted smaller portions $24 yeah…no!

Don’t sleep on this place. So delicious and try the tikka kaba mix grilled plate. It feeds two easily or take leftovers home. The baklava was also delicious!

told the very kind owner it was my first time going there and he recommended a couple different things and i ultimately ended up getting the lamb plate. The lamb was incredibly soft and tasty, the rice was nice and fluffy, the hummus was delicious, and the salad was also tasty(albeit a little sour for my taste). overall a great experience and after a short conversation with the owner explaining to me what halal food is he offered me a lemonade that was not at all what i expected but insanely good.
