I placed a catering order with this Chick fil A for a business meeting and the experience was disappointing. The order was late, no one reached out to update me, and when I followed up, the staff showed no urgency or care about the delay. This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it reflected poorly in front of my guests. I even spoke with the owner who casually mentioned they had a rush, but that’s not an excuse for poor communication or lack of professionalism. I’ve always associated Chick fil A with great service, but this experience was far from it.

Awful and slow service. Workers moved with no intention of being fast even though line was extremely short it took a very long time to receive my fry and milkshake. I ordered my milkshake with no toppings and I watched her put whip cream on it then when she realized it said no topping so she proceeded to take it over to the mixer and just mix it in instead of making a new one. As the service already took a very long time I did not have time to wait on her to make a new one so I just had to leave. Fries were not good either this day. 10/14/2025 at approximately 4:15 PM

In food court of mall.on August 21 at 638pm while shopping for school shoes; we ate out supper here. Always had a person in line we had the biggest order at this particular time. Oder was rang up perfect. Tables infront of shop was all clean with flowers. The manager told us he would bring out to us while other lady brought out drinks. I did notice a lady cleaning an wiping down equipment an etc… food came out promptly an every sauce was on point. An when we needed refills they where there to great with smile an took care of us all. Its very unlikely anymore to get poor food an service so i was happily surprised

Scott Brickhouse is the owner of this restaurant He only cares about one thing and that’s money he’s a multi-millionaire lives in a mansion He doesn’t care about the food he is serving is full of junk a grilled chicken sandwich has 47 ingredients a fried chicken sandwich has over 50 ingredients in it he does not care as long as it’s making him money that’s all he cares about.

I’m not sure if there is a shortage/foodreplacement with this location but I was extremely disappointed on my chicken sandwich on my last visit. My chicken sandwich was so thin and tasteless! I tried to voice my concern to the employee and she switched mine out for something identical! I never had this issue on any other locations!

The customer service and food is usually spectacular at Chick-fil-A but today I left still hungry after paying almost $20 for my meal. I could’ve ordered a pizza and would of been happier!

Word of advice, make sure you take a look at your sandwich before driving off because you will be disappointed!!!!

This is actually the inside Mall location not the one outside of it over by the Ollie’s. Food was fine, service was okay, took them three times to get my order right. First was the drink itself then the size when they brought the right drink back. Then I checked my food and no fries were in the bag. I know they were busy so I let that slide the mistakes were fixed in a timely manner. The Atmosphere? It’s a mall cera the 90s and besides the food court it’s not very crowded.

Received a sandwich today and it wasn’t the normal golden color and I thought hmm that’s odd being I’ve being coming to cfa for years and I’ve never had an issue so I went and told them which they did make another fresh sandwich for me I open it to see the same color, so I bite into it thinking I’ll give it a try since they did make it fresh… well that was my first mistake it’s so gross I immediately spit it out It had burnt old taste to it and it was very chewy but crunchy at the same time. I’ve provided a photo you can clearly see it does not look right. Maybe time to change the oil?
